Lilly Pulitzer

I had to get a LP dress that my girlfriend really wanted on Valentine’s Day. I went to grab it, and found out they didn’t have the size she needed. The woman working there introduced herself as Nicole and immediately set to work trying to check the back for me. When they didn’t have it, she personally called another store and reserved the size for me, writing down the address and number. I drove to the other store and sure enough, they held it for me under my name. My girl loved the dress, and wore it out to dinner that night.
Now that’s what I call service! Thanks Nicole!

Wow this is a gorgeous store. It is so tropical and colorful right from the front windows decorated with seashells, starfish, and Sand Dollar‘s. The other window has windchimes so pretty. I love the way they make you feel like you’re shopping on an island or in a resort vacation store. Lily Pulitzer has been making everyday life feel like vacation life for so many years!

I’ve been shopping here for approximately 5 years and the store is exhilarating visually. The sales crew are more than helpful. If you don’t see your size they will look in the back stock room or order it online. Carol is great with giving her opinion on what looks best. The crew all works together to make it a very enjoyable experience. They all wear Lilly so you can see how great different outfits look on and it gives you ideas on how to put looks together. Very addicting!

I ordered a dress online in my size (12) & it fit very snugly. It was already on sale, so I feared they might not be able to exchange it. Paige G. was very stearn about me doing so, but let me only this one time & I'm grateful for her excellent customer service. Don't think it's wise for me to purchase anything from Lilly without trying it first in the future. Sadly I tried the next size or 2 up and it still wasn't quite right, so ended up getting a top & paying the difference. Wished they had stuff more suited for my body type, but still overall super happy with my experience there & professionalism of all of their employees!!!

Nice colorful store. The closest parking lot is at Macy's. The store is between Macy's and Nordstrom on the lower level.
