Moncler

I had an amazing first experience at this Moncler location. Initially they did not have the size that I needed and Presley Gonzalez notified me when my size came in and then held it for me until I got there. I tried on the both sizes and she gave me the advice I needed to make an informed purchase. This was my first piece from Moncler but because of my experience I know this will not be my last ;)

Excellent service from Presley. I wanted a jacket that wasn't available, she got it for me and followed up carefully. A genius!

Omg I did inventory at this store the stuff is very nice and welcome. I love the employees relationship. They all have good vibes.

Was followed around the entire time by a staff member. When I told the employee, she was defensive that she was just doing her job. Most non-relaxing shopping experience in recent history; and they’re no more “dear” than many places I walk into.

Visited the Moncler store in the design district in Miami Florida. I visited the store June 23, 2023 around noon. As soon as my daughter and I walked in there was a gentleman and another employee standing at the door. (They greeted us)The female employee whispered to the gentleman and immediately she followed us around the store to the point where we we're uncomfortable looking. It was very awkward and we left and went next door to Tiffany and CO they were awesome! I never have these issues at the NY store or even when I frequent the Moncler boutique inside of Bloomingdales at Tysons corner. The employees racially profiled us.

They don’t hire Black People. It’s majority Women, and they follow only black people around the store. I’ve been shopping at Moncler since the Late 90s. They racially profile their customers. The manager doesn’t hire Men & especially not Black Men

Lady was following us around the store the whole time we were in there. She made us very uncomfortable.
