Lush Cosmetics Gardens Mall

i’ve been going to lush forever, and I’ve always loved their products. But I just moved to Florida, so this is my first time going to this location. I loved my experience. I was helped by a worker named Alex and they were the sweetest person, and showed me a bunch of cool stuff. I ended up getting the tea tree oil toner and a mummy bath bomb, as well as some of the charity lotion bars, and I just loved my experience !! If you have a chance to talk to Alex while you’re there, you definitely should. Their energy was awesome and refreshing :))

We live 30 minutes away from this location. Every single time we come here. Their customer service is always fantastic. But the last time we came here Izzy and Alex Went up and be on for their customers And I am super thankful and grateful for everything that they helped us with on this day. I would rate this location a 10 out of 10.💗

This is a great store. First of all they’re cruelty free. Just about everything is as natural as it can get. The staff is phenomenal. I got a tour of all the bubble baths and bath bombs. Staff was knowledgeable and exceptionally personable.

First and foremost I just want to say that Lush one of my favorite stores in the Gardens mall. Obviously, I love their products and this little bumblebee exfoliants is my favorite product. Secondly, the staff is extremely attentive, wonderful, pleasant, kind and listens and I always end up spending way more money than I plan on it and I never ever regret it. Alex helped me yesterday July 18, 2023. She was honestly the sweetest thing ever and I’m gonna ask for her specifically when I return. She listen to exactly the type of products I like, and was able to introduce me to new things that I am totally obsessed with. She is super adorable as well. And to be honest, it’s really not just her that’s staff is like that, and I hope that it is a testament to how well lush treats their employees because they do always seem in a good mood. Give Alex Raise she is 100% deserving of it! I ended up buying some more of the lotion bars, the under eye exfoliants, and she gave me a bunch of samples, which I’m probably going to return this week and end up buying the full size product!

Already love lush products but the customer service at this location is top notch! I stopped in on 5/20 and Beck and Fern helped me get some gifts and even goodies for myself! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I had lots of questions and Beck was able to help me get some excellent gifts for my SIL and sister! Fern came in clutch at the end with the lemongrass/invigorating bath products for myself.

Margaret is truly an invaluable asset to LUSH!!! She's polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the brand, products, and ingredients and very personable. I trust and value her and she made a few recommendations so I bought them alll! The store kept getting busy at different points and she managed helping everyone seermlessly all by herself! I can't wait to come back and visit with Margaret soon and so should you!!!! I hope LUSH recognize her in a special way!!!!

Alex from the gardens mall location was super helpful and nice!! Always had a smile on her face and helped whenever it was needed!! Give her a raise!

Love this store and the bath bombs! I have never felt relaxed until using a bath bomb with magnesium/epsom salt as an ingredient from Lush. I can’t wait to go back and buy more! The employee that helped me was very kind and helpful but unfortunately it was his last day. There was also a nice lady working that gave me some information about the face masks on y way out.

I went to Lush for my first time today and was so clueless, I had no idea where to start. Fern was the best! She took me around the entire store and explained what everything was and what the ingredients were. She was incredibly knowledgeable and the sweetest most helpful young lady! She was very patient and let me sample multiple products and gave me an awesome hand massage. Thank you Fern for helping me find a place to start with my journey of making more environmentally friendly decisions. I honestly would have likely got overwhelmed and left with nothing if it wasn’t for Fern.

We went to the store looking for one thing and walked out almost an hour later with a bag full of products. Lush has nice products but the employee, Fern, was so informative and helpful that we basically wanted to buy one of everything in the store. She was charismatic and attentive but not pushy or overbearing. After having used our products, we are lush customers for life. Thanks Fern, and the other staff!

Amazing associates at this store!! Fern helped me find what I was looking for (and more) throughout the store! She was very knowledgeable on all of the products and was able to quickly figure out the scents/textures I preferred to give me recommendations. She was so sweet; I will definitely come to this location again! :)

I had a great experience here today! Margaret was so friendly, educational, and helped me find the products that would be best suited for my specific needs. She is a top employee! I went around to several stores, and the customer service in the other stores were nowhere near my experience here. Can’t wait to get home and try out all my goodies!

I went into lush today I haven’t been in for a while and Margaret, Fern, and Bryce were fantastic! They showed me everything that was new in, helped me with my preference in fragrance, and gave excellent recommendations and customer service! I’ll definitely come back often. Very nice workers:)

I had such a great experience at this shop. Fern helped me out and just blew me away with her kindness and knowledge. As a business manager myself, I know that I strive for my customers feel as warm and welcome as Fern had made me feel. We slid through the door yesterday Sunday, March 12th in the nick of time / moments before closing and yet Wade still treated to a full fledged Lush experience! We were able to be social, experiment, inquire about product composition and ingredients and new product performance and customer feedback. This makes for money well spent. Wade, I initially thought you'd turn us away. We'd never been to the mall so we'd lost some time finding the internal location of the story. We didn't push and you used the opportunity to pivot and lay out a visit indeed worthy of being mentioned. We really appreciate it!

I just had an absolute fantastic experience at Lush, located in the PGA mall. Bryce and Wade answered every single question I had (which was a lot) and helped guide me through my skin care needs. If your looking for a spot with people who are highly educated in their products, amazing customer service, and all out want a great experience definitely come here…and again ask for Wade and or Bryce because they were absolutely fantastic!!!!

I love coming to this store on my way home from work to treat myself to luxury. Beck is my favorite ambassador/sales associate. She always remembers my name and my preferences and her smile brightens my day. Customer service these days in general is very lacking but not here! What an amazing place and cheery, helpful, and enthusiastic crew!

My little sister had her bday party here today and it was so good! We made bubble bars, had facials, and got time to shop around! It was so amazing and shout out to Fern and Beck for being so great!! (They gave us hand massages and we shared pics of our pets and on top of being really cool people they also knew so much abt the products and helped us out with any questions/gave their recommendations) anyways 10/10 i left feeling baby soft i love it there 🤞🏽

My sister and I were shopping for skincare products for a friend who has been down, and we had Michal help us. She was so kind and knowledgeable about the products, and listed the benefits of each item's ingredients. To make it extra special, she checked us out and wrapped the gift with care. Our friend's spirits were definitely lifted and it matched what she needed for skincare. Highly recommend this location. Thank you, Michal!!

Beck was so helpful during my time at Lush this past weekend! They were very knowledgeable about the hair care products and really aided in narrowing down some shampoo and conditioner for my particular hair type. Super thankful!
