Parking attendant was very helpful and found me a spot that I had paid ahead for on a third-party app even though they were full capacity.

The parking garage is maintained regularly and offers a convenient place to park while visiting DTSP. The garage is professionally managed, uses the latest technology for the parking system and the ownership cares about the quality of the parking garage.

Garage was clean and well kept. We were there on a very busy weekend and you can tell there was someone there keeping up with everything. Easy and convenient access to Ford's garage. Parking can be hard to find in St. Pete and this was a great location with easy access.

Every single parking spot says no parking... Super Confusing. Parked any way. I guess it worked out okay.

I am a bit confused. At the gate there is a board that offers parking for 2 usd in the first hour and for 2 usd for every other hours. I spent 1.21 hours in the garage and had to pay 7 usd.

The Hotel California of parking lots. You can never leave. Unbelievably inefficient to get out.

Parked here because the Al-Lang Lot was closed. Never again - absolutely ripping us off at this point. $24 for a 10-hour parking? Significantly higher than other garages around. Save yourself $15 and park at the Southcore Parking Garage, where its $9 a day, and its just a few feet away.

The elevators broke in this garage and they didn't fix them for weeks so I had to take the stairs. No big deal on the stairs if there wasn't urine and vomit in them. The smell was nasty. Then they raised prices from $15 per day to $24 per day. I guess urine and no elevator increases value. I thought my car had been towed one day, or stolen, so I called their customer service and didn't hear back until like 5 days later when I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails that it was urgent. This place sucks. I have to use it because my employer pays for it, but if not I would definitely park elsewhere.

We were in the area for the first time for a soccer tournament on memorial weekend. We at lunch at Ford’s garage and parked in this garage as this is where they recommended we park and the parking would be validated. The whole experience was stressful from having to pull in (there is not enough space to drive in with without reversing to straighten car due to poles) and pretty much every space indicated no parking. We drive through each floor (I think there are only 3?) and didn’t see options. E ventually just parked on what seemed like the third/last floor in front of yet another reserved sign. I thought each reserved sign said M-F but apparently my “last resort” ending up being a reserved 24 hours. Honestly didn’t even read the reserved sign because we had ONLY seen reserved M-F and handicapped throughout the garage. Received a $30 parking ticket which definitely soured our $22 lunch experience. I contacted 717 and was told they wouldn’t do anything because I was in the wrong. Quite frankly though, maybe they should have normal parking spaces so it’s not so confusing. We just gave up and *incorrectly* assumed on the last level we got to that everything was “reserved” m-f but it was Sunday so hopefully we’d be okay. Extremely frustrated.

This garage is a scam. They rob customers. It is a fraud. It says $2.0 for 1st hour and each additional hour is $2.0. We parked for less than 2 hours. They charged us $7.00. How many international and domestic customers do they rob every single day? I am reporting this scam to authorities. Mayor of St. Pete, state senators, BBB and others. They will get back with you.
