Maria Stiger is an employee at Bloomingdale’s in Palm Beach Gardens , Florida. She was wonderful assisting with any help with clothing for my sister and myself. Very professional, bright smile and a fantastic attitude. She helped me open up an account and told us all about the incredible perks. In Palm Beach County this is my favorite Bloomingdale's! I especially love their NYDJ shop! The shop is huge with a great collection and if they don't have my size in store, one of the lovely sales associates will order it for me. NYDJ is my go to for denim, blouses, work and casual looks. My favorite associates to shop with are Maria and Rasheeda who are always at my disposal in the NYDJ shop. The department manager, Marcella is absolutely wonderful too; if there is ever an issue she immediately works to resolve it. The store is clean, nice staff and wonderful place to shop!

Wow, went here yesterday and the staff was amazing. Walked in here and at least 4 workers made a genuine welcome. Some went further than that, but none the less, I felt everyone was genuine in their welcome. I will definitely buy from here again, just because of the treatment of the staff, makes me want to come back, along with their quality merchandise of course.

Always a wonderful experience! I love all the staff in every department. They are all warm, friendly, and dedicated!

Rochelle in the men's dept was the best! We were driving through from S. FL and had some gift returns to swap out due to sizing issues (probably from all the holiday food!) Rochelle made it easy and took great care of us. We also found out that we could bring our pup in there! Awesome store with great selection!!

Jason in the home area helped us so much! www got a great deal on a kitchen aid mixer thanks to him! He also set it up where we could pick up our merchandise curbside and he brought it to my car personally!

I had an online purchase to return. The customer service rep was awesome. She needed help on the transaction & her manager came over immediately to help. They were both polite & efficient. I felt very safe there, as all employees were wearing their masks properly (over mouth AND nose). I live 45 minutes away but despite the drive, I'll be visiting this location in the future

I’m from Toronto and went to Bloomingdales tonight just to look around but ended up buying 2 jackets (Jean & faux leather). I had the most amazing shopping experience thanks to Robyn Bradford in the ladies department. She’s absolutely amazing and definitely is professional, enjoys her job and cares for the customers. She went above and beyond tonight…. Much appreciated

I was shopping in the pga Bloomingdale’s store. I had a wonderful experience with the saleswoman Ana Guitierrez. She was so professional, personable, and very helpful. I felt so comfortable that I gave her my cell phone to call me when my size shoe comes in. What a great customer service employee. Everyone should be like Ana.

Loved our experience. My future father in law and I went to shop for clothes for the Polo brunch. We found what we liked and in our size quickly. Our cashier was also amazing, but sorry I don't remember her name will update the post if I can think of it.

This store has so much inventory it makes finding good products very easy. Staff aren't overly pushy so it's inviting to come in and find what you are in search of without finding pressured. The sales are really good, but you have to dive in pretty deep to find them. The only area that is sort of lacking, IMO, men's shoes, there really aren't a ton of choices, but they aren't a shoe store, so no biggie.

Best choice of New Years Eve dresses in the whole mall! I even found a Great Gatsby dress!

Grateful to have Darlene at Bloomngdales. If I need something and my schedule doesn’t allow it, I can reach out and order Chanel Micro Serum we use in our daily routine. I appreciate the option to mail these items. She’s very professional and makes me feel like a VIP.

Virginia Martini that works in Kiehls is amazing! Was patient and knowledgeable in giving recommendations. Ended up coming back a couple day’s later to buy the larger size of samples that she gave us. Definitely throwing away all my other products and switching to kiehls everything!! Virginia’s awesome customer service has won you a customer for life.
