Why so expensive?

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered shoes and below are the pictures of what I received. Still waiting for a refund. Bad customer service all round.

Horrible horrible store do not shop here you will be incredibly frustrated and waste your time buy anywhere but this store should be a zero star.

Absolutely worthless, horrible customer experience. 2 weeks ago, we ordered shoes for my mother. Shoes she was going to wear for my wedding. The shoes were not at the store and they needed to be shipped. 3 days after ordering the shoes, we receive news from the incompetent staff letting us know that they sold the shoes to someone else by mistake. Mind you, we had already paid for them. These are $1200 shoes, how in the world do you make a mistake like that? I thought Jimmy Choo was a high end store. For the price consumers pay for their shoes, they should not make mistakes like this. She was going to have to wait another month to get them. Absolutely worthless, incompetent staff. We will never buy Jimmy Choo again.
