Zips Car Wash

When we got there, I had already paid for my wash. However, a guy in front of everyone didn't follow instructions and popped a tire. The associate Taylor did a fantastic job getting him out the way and getting things set back up for me and the other customers to get their cars washed. Taylor was very polite and did amazing. She really needs to get recognized for the excellent customer service she provided. And I do believe a raise.

Shout out to the zips car wash on Hwy 90 in Milton, FL. After driving out of my way to get my car washed I realized only when I pulled up to the gate that it was cashless. As I only carry cash, I was prepared to turn around, but Trevor the site manager was so kind and told me to go on through for a free wash. Good customer service is so hard to find in this current climate so kudos to Trevor!

The guy this morning was awesome. Normally the workers are lazy and don't care about their quality of work and just try and push cats through without taking doing any type of detail work.. He actually sprayed the entire truck down and used the scrub brush on the grill to get the bugs off without being asked. And only after he was done with that did he start the wash up to push me through Please hire more people like this.

After 6 month hiatus due to medical issues. I started going back to the two zips in my part of Santa Rosa county. Y'all have always done a great job by me and I am very pleased. Although I will need to go to a less expensive spot on your menu. This is due to the medical issues.

Great car wash place minus 40$ a month...Still the best place to go when they're running specials

Right now they are offering their most expensive monthly unlimited for $10. I jumped on it and now I can literally get the car washed twice a day for a whole month. (gives you 60 washes a month, after the first month it's $45 but you can do the $25 instead like I did when it renews.)

I love this car wash, It's close to home and the membership plan is so convenient. I can zip in and out and have a fresh clean car to start my day. The employees are amazing and extremely helpful. I return here very often to wash and vacuum. One of the best car washes I've ever used. I was helped by Fred the last time I went and he provided excellent service!

Been coming to zips for years and they’re great. Today was different though; Cameron was quite frankly is the most outgoing, helpful zips employee I’ve ever come accross.

As usual Zips fills the bill. Free vacuums, could use a few more trash cans. Vacuums suck just fine.

I learned to be careful not to park under pine trees this time of year…Came to get the “wash and go” service and Alexander and Dominique went above and beyond removing all the tree sap before I went through. Great job! Thank you!

The folks here are always polite and professional but, I have to give a special shout out to Trey! He is constantly working very hard when I stop by. He puts forth a ton of effort by giving your vehicle a perfect prewash before entering the automated wash. Thank you, Trey for your awesome attitude and dedication you put toward your job. It's noticed and appreciated.

Dominique helped me with the UWC sign up process and the gentleman that cleans the front of the car before it goes in the wash was great. I just moved here from New Hampshire, got here last night and got my car washed this morning. 1,500 miles worth of bugs gone! Thanks again for all the help and providing a great service

We have used this wash for years and always pleased. Fred is super nice and helpful and has the best customer service of any car wash I have ever used. Vacuums are free and there is plenty of space, trash cans and supplies. Clean facility. Highly recommend. #Fred
