Had an awesome experience today. Was welcomed by a guy with awesome hair and a great personality! Then Abraham in furniture was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of before he went back to the warehouse. Good kid, very polite. This is the kind of service that will gain loyalty to a company.

I used curbside pickup and it was quick and the employee was courteous and polite. Never had to leave my vehicle and they got everything i ordered..... Unlike some round yellow smiley faces i know, them marts have yet to ever get it to where i don't have to go back and talk to management to get items i was charged for and didn't receive... So, at least y'all got them beat for sure.

Purchased a pool from this location after getting it home and ready to set up found that the pool had been used for sometime with dirt and stains and pieces missing. The manager Mike was amazing about this. Took back the pool replaced it and was exceptional with his customer service. He was amazing. Can't say thank you enough for the professionalism and kindness. Amazing store!

Bought a desk that I put together on the 4th story of a building 45 minutes from their location. I was missing hardware. They let me get that hardware from THE LAST box of that desk that they had in stock. That's great service.

Great deals now for holidays.

The store is clean, shelves stocked, prices fair, and no long lines. The staff is willing to help when asked. The restroom was stocked and clean. There is good parking. Just note one set of door are locked so you can only enter from the AT&T store side. Take the time to shop the whole store there are more good buys then you may know. There may be items you didn't even know you needed till you see them.

We have bought multiple couch sets from this location. The woman who is always there works so hard but she is so nice. This last visit I was disheartened to see her working with multiple groups of people while her manager helped one person for the over half an hour maybe hour we were there. Then my family overheard him tell the one person he did help that he wasn't in a hurry. I was shocked. I still won't shop anywhere else because she makes it worth the hour drive down from Alabama.

first time Big Lots shopper, store was clean , organized and store employees were friendly. Chris the manager helped me load up the last patio sofa model that I wanted and was really helpful. Overall pleased with the store.

The store manager Eddie Overview helped us solve our furniture problem without hesitation and he made it right. What a wonderful customer service experience. He went above and beyond any customer service I have ever had. Thank you Eddie!!! May you be blessed in return.

I like they are right down the road..they have nice things..I bought furniture in June..here it is Aug and no sofa..first I was told 4-6 wks..we will call u when it comes in..well, 6 wks came and went no ph call..go up there 8 wks...then to find out if it was in.. I was told recently was told 10 wks..So, I had enough told them I want my money back.. attitude is what I was given..I will carry my business else where.. better service & will make sure something that doesn't have to be ordered..

Always enjoy a relaxing shopping experience. I get lucky at times with the clearances they offer like the 9pc King Bed set for $49.99 I just bought today. Staff is helpful and friendly.
