Palm Beach Spine and Sport

This is, by far, one of the best chiropractors I've been to over the years. As a very tall (6'5) man I get joint pain and muscle soreness all the time. Dr. Aba is great and has helped me understand my problem areas and even gave me ways to help myself at home so I don't need to make frequent trips. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

I've been visiting PBSS since May due to lower back and knee pain from work, and I can honestly say that I am now painless! Dr. Boutros not only treated my injures in the office, but also enlightened me on specific techniques such posture, mobility, and balance to prevent future injury. The whole team at PBSS has truly convinced me on the fact that MOTION IS LOTION! They are the best chiropractors in Palm Beach!

This is my favorite chiropractor in Palm Beach! They have helped me with multiple issues and I am always impressed about their knowledge and treatment plan, and I always feel much better when walking out of their office.
Besides adjustments, they use a wide range of techniques and tools from cupping, graston, ART, laser treatment and soft tissue manipulation. Besides inidividualized treatments, home exercise recommendations, and great customer service, the doctors at Palm Beach Spine and Sport are super nice and truly care about their clients, that's why I refer my clients to them as well!

Booked a last minute appointment with Dr. Maria after my neck pain became too persistent to manage. She took her time and really worked to alleviate the issue and I haven’t had any flare ups since ! Palm Beach Spine and Sport always takes care of me and Dr. Maria is awesome!

Believe the reviews! I chose this practice based on the glowing reviews and I’m here to write my own after four months worth of visits.. Dr. Aba and Dr. Julia healed foot pain I have been dealing with since my first pregnancy six years ago. I went from limping after a few miles to running my first marathon with No Pain! Regular visits to this clinic have been life changing, and I don’t use that term lightly. Additionally, the office is beautiful, full of good energy and so kid friendly! I often brought both of my small kids for my treatment and it was never an issue. In fact, the kids loved going there too. Take your aching body here and be healed!

An amazing practice ran by amazing people. Saw Dr. Aba today for a shoulder problem and he went above and beyond to address to root cause of the issue and gave me guidance on rehabbing it at home. Everyone in the office is kind and welcoming. The space is clean and inviting. The adjustment was *chefs kiss* and the office vibes are immaculate. 10/10 for chiro care!

For years I experienced sharp pains in my lower back and achy shoulders. I have been to countless chiros but nothing seemed to help. I have heard of PBSS having been a WPB resident for nearly a decade but my best friend said Dr. Aba is the only person who has his back… Literally 😂
I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical because I have experienced so much disappointment over the years but I knew from the first interaction I found someone I could not only trust but he didn’t try to sell me a package instead he informed, educated and immediately addressed the root cause. If there was one word I would use to describe my first/every experience it’s “relief”

Long over due review!…Dr. Aba and Dr Julie are fantastic at what they do and have helped me work through a number of injuries and dysfunctions, and provide great monthly maintenance care. Always working with me towards the goal to keep working out, helping me make the needed adjustments so I can keep moving. They have created a very welcoming environment as well. Appreciate them so much!

....omg I mentioned an old injury to my right calf muscle. He worked his knowledge on my leg and what a difference. I took a light jog omg!! what a difference. I was afraid to even attempt a light jog because of the discomfort....

Dr. Aba is great! I was a little nervous before I arrived to get my first adjustment but I instantly felt relaxed after meeting him. If you are hesitant to visit a chiro because it feels weird to let someone manipulate your body and stuff, there’s no need to worry when visiting this place! I feel so refreshed and relaxed:)

After getting into a car accident and having my car totaled, I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Aba and Dr. Julia Boutros. I've always had a fear of chiropractors, until the day I met these two. Dr Aba was extremely thorough with my initial visit and intake. He listened to and addressed my concerns. I have a history with chiropractic care and I was very happy with how I was treated and adjusted.I booked my next appointment before leaving. I love the office and everyone was very friendly.

I am so lucky to have found Palm Beach Spine and Sport. After having an accident and getting numerous adjustments, I knew something wasn’t right. Not to mention, once you hit your 30’s everything hurts lol. It wasn’t until I started seeing Dr. Boutros that I started to feel relief. I’m eternally grateful to have found such an amazing doctor that is not only great at what he does, but is incredibly knowledgeable & genuinely cares about his patients. I had my first appointment today with Chiropracter, Dr. Aba Boutros. He was very competent and approachable, explaining what he was going to do and why. He also spent some time at the end of the session educating me on what I should do to further my goals of reducing my back pain. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Aba & Dr Julia are the best in the sport medicine practice. Both are amazing when it comes to patient care. Very polite and professional all the time. Very caring as well. They make sure all there patients get provided with the best care and service every time. Always satisfied with there service.

5 stars is right! I didn't know what to expect from my first time ever chiropractor visit and it was excellent! Dr. Aba did an awesome job explaining the science behind my knee pain. He performed cupping, scraping as well as several adjustments of my hips, spine, and ankles and I immediately felt so much better. I was literally in a state of bliss on my way back home! I really appreciate his approach to fixing the root cause of the problem while advocating for regular exercise as well as stretching and postural adjustments throughout the day. It's so much healthier than conventional approach with expensive MRIs and cortisone shots. I know now that my problem is not from overdoing it in Crossfit but from sitting at the desk during work hours. Dr. Aba's advice has set me up to be more mindful of my body during the day. Thank you and I look forward to my next visit!
