Cole was absolutely amazing!!! He was extremely pleasant to work with, so helpful and knowledgeable and always service with a smile. I'd say he was the best realtor I've ever had in my life. I've used about 7 realtors over the past 30 years so that says a lot in my opinion. He would get back to me within 15 minutes and would also call me regularly to get needed information or to just check in and see how things were going or if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Cole for your next realty needs. He ended up getting us about 30K more than our asking price which was absolutely a miracle. If I need somebody in the south Florida area I would most definitely use him again. In short, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

My fiance just started a new job in Boca Raton and we were desperate to find a rental quickly. We are so lucky and blessed to have stumbled across Cole. We were so lost trying to find a place on our own in the area that met all of our expectations and budgetary restrictions all the while working with completely unprofessional realtors. Then Cole stepped in and handled EVERYTHING for us. He immediately sent us great rental listings that far exceeded anything that we could find on our own. He scheduled all of the open houses, gave us detailed information packets on each one, and guided us on the tour of every property. He not only went above and beyond professionally, but also personally. Cole is not just an amazing person to work with but also an amazing person in general. He is kind, honest, and extremely hard working. We cannot wait until we can buy our first home so that way we can work with Cole again. Listen, I can write accolades of Cole and tell you how he did a great job but honestly, I think my words don't do him justice. This is not a job for Cole, it is a passion. You can tell by his interactions and work ethic that he enjoys what he does and it really shows. It's very rare that you find someone who ticks all the boxes of what you want in a real estate agent.

Still not convinced? Let me give you an example, He sold my condo for me, and I was moving to Hawaii. I asked if he had anyone like himself to help me in Hawaii. Do you know what he did? Took time out of his day to interview agents in Hawaii and chose one that he felt would give me the level of service he did. He didn't have to do that, he was only contacted to sell my property, but this is the service you get when you work with someone who loves what they do and is damn good at it as well.
