Really a great experience with these folks. Mom and Dad had a small accident and needed a car repair. They were kept updates at all points of the repair. Parts were backordered because of supply chain issues but still we were updated frequently. We highly recommend the team atEast Coast plus they did a great job with the repair!

Only have good things to say. They were professional from the moment I walked in until pickup the following week. They reached out daily by email to let me know the status of the repairs. Very happy with the workmanship as well. A big difference from the experiences I have had with body work from dealerships. Highly recommended.

Jim was the consummate professional. His team did a beautiful job on the body and paint. I was communicated with regularly and everything came out perfect and on time. Staff at East Coast very friendly, curteous and profesional.  Repair was completed in the time they stated it would.  Staff kept me informed throughout the repair.  Most important, repair was perfect better than expected.  My experience with East Coast collision was better than the dealer experience I had on a previous repair years ago, and the finish work was better than the dealer. This was my 1st time using them to repair my vehicle (hopefully I never have to use any repair shop again, lol) but if I do it will only be with them.  Thank you Ralph and Leslie.

I am so glad I found this shop! The place is clean, people are professional, nice and very attentive to the customer. They do excellent work, (we had roof damage to our 2018 Audi Q5) couldn't be happier. I looked at a few different places in my experience this place is the best by far. I would use them again. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is awesome! From the minute I walked in there they were all so very helpful and kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They had my rental car situation all taken care of for me. All I had to do was wait for the shuttle to pick me up. When I came to pick up my car I was amazed to see that my car was not only washed but also detailed inside and out!! I also asked a question before I left about an unrelated issue with the car and they fixed it on the spot and for free!! I could not have asked for better service!
