If you want excellent service (and I do mean EXCELLENT service) ask for the sales rep. Dawson. Not only was he willing to spend at least an hour helping me with changing my phone plan, making any necessary phone calls to ensure I received the best quality service my money could buy, as well as gave me a detailed description of everything I was looking for, but when asked what my final bill would be, instead of the usual estimations or the man pulled out a pen and pad and began adding it all up by hand, including the taxes and fees, walked me through EVERY superior and inferior option, and and was VERY eager to answer all of my 37 consecutive questions! With good deals and fair prices, never hesitate to shop Verizon!

Excellent comfortable easy experience! Dawson was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me set up a new iPhone and reconnect my old Apple Watch all in the store. I will definitely be back.

We had the easiest time adding a new line to our plan and even got a newer phone! Mario and Dawson were super helpful. Definitely ask for them!

Quick & fantastic service! My wife & I both needed replacement phones within a couple of weeks of each other and were very happy with the help we received from Natasha during our visits to the store. Natasha was very professional, knowledgable about the various equipment/accessories/plans/options available to us, and got us both back up & running with new phones without delay.

I dropped my phone and the sims card messed up so I went to Verizon on Kennedy street. I walked in and Joe helped me within 5 minutes to fix my phone! It was so quick and the customer service was above and beyond!

What terrific and consistent service from this store at 11 Kennedy in Statesboro. I ended up being here four times and each time I was promptly greeted. (I came in for different things, it didn't take 4 visits to solve the same problem. You know how you might dread having to deal with phone issues and you let them stack up? Finally, I had enough issues that I HAD to come in, and what a nice surprise to have such a pleasant experience, FOUR different times. I won't delay my visit to fix issues anymore. )

In addition to being acknowledged right as I came in, I was also advised how long it might be, based on the number of other customers in the store, which I really appreciated.

Emanuel was the person I worked with on two occasions, and Jay was the person who helped me on the other two.

Jay was particularly patient and determined to get to the end of the issue I was having, and I felt like a very valued customer through the whole process.

Emanuel was equally committed to problem solving and very capable at knowing the tools at this disposal (including himself) to get the job done.

Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and I was very impressed with their can-do attitude to problem solving and their level of customer service.

Alphonso was the bomb dot com…even with the system having issue he helped me out and made my new iPhone purchase the best. Recommend this location every time!
