Great Realty Company

Our first impression was excellent, everything went smooth and we moved into our apartment.Although, we had to make some lease adjustments, it went smoothly. Our A/C went out about 3 times . Although it was miserable, each time it was fixed each time rather quickly. However, the last 2 weeks has been terrible! First, when we moved in , they said that the water was included in the rent and they paid for it our first 2 months here, and now we were told that we are responsible for it. A whole new unexpected bill! So now that we have to pay a water bill, we decided to use the dishwasher, it don’t work! Also, when we moved in they had a Tv here , that worked fine at first, now it works when it wants to. So we called the rental office . As I heard my wife putting in a maintenance request to someone ( I’m not going to mention a name yet) my wife was treated rudely and hung up on. All over a repair request. Wow !!!!
