Freeport Pet Clinic

My 10-yr old Yorkie had 4 teeth removed during dental cleaning. The Vet Tech called me prior to removal for full disclosure, cost, risk assessment and Post-Op care required. They were very gentle, professional, and their follow-Up is excellent.He was sent home completely alert with a good care plan and meds. Dr Baxter and her Staff are great.

I want to do a Special Review about Taylor at the Front desk. She is so sweet and has exceptional customer service skills! Taylor is very helpful, sweet, patient and ready to answer any question!! And always has a welcoming smile on her face when you walk in the Pet clinic.

I've lived in Freeport for 19 years and been using this vet since I moved here. I've read a couple of the "1 Star" Reviews from some that obviously couldn't afford their bill or misunderstood the doctors instructions. And why not just leave one 1 Star review, let's get the whole family to get on Google and pretend to be another customer. Get kids to leave multiple 1 Star Reviews! SMH maybe you need to go back to Mid-Atlantic Behavioral. Ooops you can't because you left them a 1 Star Review too! LoL. Oh and come on seriously a 1 Star review for not having an available appointment. WoW! entitled much? This veterinarian is "6 Star" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ local & small business! I've witness this vet bendover backwards to make sure patients receive the best care possible. I strongly recommend you read the other Google reviews left by these few 1 Star reviewers. I think you'll understand where I coming from once read the hate these people are posting online. NO ONE SEEMS TO MAKE THEM HAPPY ANYWHERE! Bless your heart ❤ I am praying for you 🙏

This place is the best vet office in Walton County by far!! Compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely fair concerning prices, which unfortunately poor folks have to consider. Highly recommend taking your furry family members here for care!!

I had 6 AKC registered German Shepard puppies. Dr. Baxter had never seen me before as I had just moved to the area. And they were the nicest most professional vet I have had the pleasure to deal with in the area. I forget the techs name, but every-time I called with a question she helped me immediately. I never felt like I was being a bother. I never felt like they had better things to do than answer my question. I had crazy dog people (yes I said crazy, unfortunately I am one of them too) calling me asking all sorts of questions about my litter. I would refer them to the vet and they would help me. On top of that they are the least expensive. And the have a military discount!!! The Vet is amazing as well. She came in and explained everything to us about the puppies and what to expect with the problems we were having. 5 stars. This is my new vet!!! I am sold!!!! Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing people they saved my puppy Rex aka bubby he was a light to all the darkness I was facing and I couldn’t even dream of loosing him he had tested positive for parvo at Destin ER clinic who did not take very good care of him at all but as soon as we got him to Freeport Pet Clinic

They are affordable and great service. My yogi had kennel cough after his appointment and they immediately sent over a prescription to the pharmacy. Worth the hour drive!

Dr. Baxter is a very patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable Vet. I'm happy that I will be taking my pets back to Freeport Pet Clinic as I have recently moved out here. I had originally gone there about 17 years ago when I first moved to the area, but then moved to an area that was a little too far to have Freeport as my regular vet. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Baxter have been wonderful there!

Always get a timely appt. Easy to get to. Great staff.

I have every confidence that Dr Baxter and her team knows what they're doing. My dog has been a patient for some time now. They take their time, and break down whats going on with her. The price is very fair. We will continue to be their patient as long as they will have us. Highly recommend!

Best thing that ever happened to my Fur babies

Staff is superior in veterinary care. They are very knowledgeable and have a caring attitude in their treatment of our most precious possessions. The hardest part is securing a timely appointment due to popularity in pet care.

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for going on 7 years and I've always been treated well by the staff. My dogs get great care here. They go in for annuals, emergencies, and the not so important care as well. They've always been upfront with me and given me options when I needed them.

They have been great about seeing our cats without appointments and even better with. Prices are not crazy and very convenient.

Dr. Baxter and her staff are wonderful. They are well organized, pleasant, and timely. Dr. Baxter got the diagnosis and treatment for my dog correct that another Vet missed. I am very thankful. The price was very reasonable.

We are working in a near by town and our job was delayed. Our doggie Charley needed a medication refill. I called around and Freeport clinic was able to get him in within a reasonable time frame. I was blown away with how well the clinic was run!! The staff was fantastic and the Doctor really took her time and made sure our furbaby was well cared for!! We got the refill and made new friends!! Thank you !!!!
