Denise did a phenomenal job of selling our home in Statesboro. She was able to respond and answer our questions promptly. Most importantly, she made us feel valued as one of her clients. If we had to do the process over, we would most definitely use her again.

I was the owner of a home in Savannah, GA. I had a tenant who rented my home for several years. The tenant was consistently late on the rent. I wanted to move to evict the tenant. However, Denise constantly advocated for the tenant and the children living in the home. The tenants caused extensive damage to the home. Denise did
everything in her power to ensure the repairs were taken care of. I believe a lot of the bad reviews being made are by the tenant and her family that was living in my home. I’m sorry but this is wrong! This tenant never paid her rent on time and if Denise didn’t give her the reference that she wanted for her new place then it was well deserved.

Edited for clarification: Now that the tenant has acknowledged that she rented my home, please note that I have pictures of everything that was damaged and the documentation to prove that she was late on her rent consistently. I do agree that Denise should not respond to you anymore via google reviews. The next course of action should be a law suit. Denise I am so sorry that you spent all this time defending her only for her to get online and try to destroy your reputation. Please don’t let this discourage you from helping others in the future.

Our wonderful realtor Denise is the best. Definitely listens and understands what their customers want and very informative and knowledgeable. Pays attention to details and cares about what her customer wants. The best.

VERYYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! She does NOT know how to talk to her tenants. VERY NASTY attitude. She referred to me as “Ghetto” for asking for my windows to be repaired due to a attempted robbery. She didn’t even code it to maintenance as EMG!! I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!! She has rules that only some tenants are allowed to follow and some don’t apparently. I wish i could give negative stars!!!!! IF YOU NEED HELP FINDING A PLACE TO RENT I HAVE OPTIONS!!!! don’t waste your money and time here!!

Very unprofessional and rude. Does not know how to talk to people. She referred me to loan officer Morgan who took my money and did not do their jobs. The loan officer she referred me to sent me to a credit repair who did nothing to my credit took my $700. When I tried to contact him he did not answer the phone. This team once again was referred to me by Kamden Realty. Kamden Realty is so petty just look at the response. Like I said unprofessional. I was renting from the owners for 4 years through covid-19 and all if I was not a bad tenant I wouldn't have been there as long. The only reason I left was because the owners was selling the house. I didn't say anything about damages and charges so im not sure what you are talking about. I didn't say anything about references so im not sure what you talking about. Actually a walk through with the owners was not conducted with me. That just proves how unprofessional you are. Other reviews are from a year ago so they can not be all lies. That fact that the owner is going back and forth shows how unprofessional the owner is as well as telling your ex clients information as in what happen between the client and the owner. As for you always telling the truth and going by policies and procedures you and I both know that is not true but I will not elaborate on that like you elaborate on your response. Because im better than that and will not take it there. But i really want to after you responded like I really damaged the property.😉 Be blessed!!!
