VERY yummy, absolutely amazing food. bento boxes are the way to go theyre so so good. the ginger dressing is unique in a good way, would recommend.

My wife and I moved to Cumberland recently. We were desperate for Korean and/ or Japanese cuisine. We stumbled on Ginger's by accident. What a fortunate accident! Their food is delicious and not overpriced. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The lady serving us was very nice. She took our orders quickly and our food arrived fresh and hot. Their bulgogi, bento box, sushi, and kimchi was spot on. And I was born in Korea so you can take my word that it's excellent. I am so thankful for Ginger's being in this area. I highly recommend Ginger's to families, couples, anyone who wants great Korean and Japanese cuisine.

Very delicious food. I've lived in Allegany county for 17 years and never ate here until a few days ago. The salad dressing is delicious. Teriyaki chicken was tender and absolutely tasty. The marinated beef was sooooooo good. Our server was very attentive, polite, and prompt. Food was delivered fresh and cooked perfectly. The price point was excellent for lunch or dinner. Will definitely eat here again

The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Loved everything about it. Proportions are definitely shown with the fairly priced menu.
The atmosphere was calm and soothing . You could hear the faint buzzing of conversation within the establishment.
The waitress was an absolute sweetheart.

This is the official hidden gem of Cumberland, MD. No question. I seriously crave the food here all the time and know many people who feel the same. The bento box is absolutely to die for, each individual part of the meal is equally as wonderful as the next- the tempura, California roll, sticky rice. All made to perfection. The salad dressing deserves special recognition, I’ve heard from locals that the recipe is secret and I understand why! Maddie always takes our order with a smile and she is so friendly and ensures we always get our chopsticks and extra tempura sauce. She’s the best! Whether to-go or dine-in, this place never fails to deliver!

Great food, fantastic service!

We had a delicious dine in dinner of beef bulgogi bento and grilled salmon bento. The tempura vegetables, shrimp, and California roll flavor was outstanding.

I used to live in Morgantown West Virginia and there's a place out there called fusion steakhouse I was sad when I had to relocate but this place is so close to that it's insane their food is delicious and it's the best white rice I've ever had. The salad is fantastic! I only wish they had clear soup. The bento beef box with the tempura is delicious.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, swell prices, and great food. Would recommend.

Gingers is my all time favorite Asian restaurant. I have been to several in big cities and other areas and none compare to gingers. I always recommend their bento boxes, the sushi is amazing and tempura is perfectly battered! Definitely a hidden gem.

Wonderful service and delicious food I wouldn't change a thing in my opinion those that are complaining have no idea what they are ordering in the first place. Now just my personal opinion here the chicken yakisoba and the spicy pork(when it's available been a few times I've stopped in and wasn't available) or the bulgogi beef bento are to die for. Also I'd give the saki a shot for the longest all they has was a house saki(hot/heated which was/is delicious) not going to lie unsure if the still do but they may have a chilled/cold saki personally it's not for me the taste is a bit harsh where as the heated is earthy and mellow but if you know your stuff I'd try it just because it's not for me doesn't mean it's bad just not my cup of tea(so to speak)........ oh let me add a correction to my previous statement I suggest getting there early, closer to close the avocados in the Cali rolls can get a little rough iykyk again just my opinion but I'd suggest the owners/chefs use a different storage method js regardless though still a 4.8 outta 5. Indeed a local hidden gem service has declined but pre-covid 4(idk kekw) years ago place was amazing and it still is just stating facts

First time here and will go back. The binto box was excellent. Highly recommend!!

I love this place. It's one of my absolute favorites. The food is great, and so is the service. Sometimes the vendors don't deliver things, or they sell out of things, so that could be disappointing. But, there are so many other great things on the menu you could get. And don't be afraid to try something new. Everything I've had so far has been amazing! Hope you enjoy!

Best food we had on the GAP trail. Everything was delicious and the waitress really was hustling.

Stopped and got the teriyaki chicken meal today. It's soooooo yummy! The only thing I will change next time I order is, I'll ask for them to make it extra saucy! The teriyaki sauce has the perfect flavor and the chicken is grilled to perfection too! 😋

One of my favorites places! The atmosphere and food is excellent. My favorite thing is the food portions are big and I get to take home a doggie-bag. There Noodles are the best I've ever tasted.

Just had a delicious lunch – the food was attractively prepared and served quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful in telling me about Bugoli Beef. My husband had a Bento box which he said was great, too

This was my first time here I had a shrimp and noodle dish and a side house salad both were excellent. The server was excellent and very knowledgeable about all the menu items. I will make this a regular stop when I am in town.

Tasty ginger sauce, luch menu items come with a full serving of crunchy stir fried veggies...as it should be but rarely is anymore. Friendly wait staff
Lots of locals were in and out for to go orders when was there, a sure sign of good food.
