Lowes is awesome. I like their selection of tools. How do i turn off this voice text? I’m tapping on it but it won’t stop. Honey come help me figure this out. It’s not working properly

Love this Lowe's! Nice store with everything you need.

We needed a particular piece of wood. The only one on the shelf where we could load onto our cart had a split in it. We asked for the employees to get down the palette stored very high up, and they pulled them all down and helped us select one.

Had a real good experience at Lowe's the other day. Jason was very helpful, attentive and made many great recommendations for staining our deck. He was friendly and patient. Also, when we went to the Building supplies department, Kolby was very helpful with suggestions and also helped load are truck. We even tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it. Thanks Lowe's for a great experience.

My five stars actually go to the "third party". Though I've never received a delivery notification after placing my order in the store, the guys arrived as scheduled, 8 days later, within the scheduled time frame. Tom and his partner were very friendly and worked carefully installing my new washer, dryer and a chest freezer. I am a happy customer now. Will be ordering from Lowes with confidence in the near future.

Had to buy a new washing machine and my experience was fantastic. The person that helped me definitely made my visit awsome. I wish I had gotten her name. She was very friendly and helpful during the buying process. Makes shopping there ever so painless!!

Ordered a washing machine from Lavale Lowe's, it was delivered and installed next day. Delivery people were fast. Going back to get more appliances soon.

Anyone familiar with the area knows this is basically our only hardware store. I am thankful for Lowe's and have always been treated great there by all of the employees! Anything you might need or want for your home both inside and out will be found here at a fair price especially when compared to the hardware store named after a card that comes after a king that starts with an A... the only other competition in this area so to speak.

My favorite place to shop. From plants and soil to lumber and drywall. Everything I could possibly need for just about any home improvement at a fair price. Great service and employees. I usually get asked if I need help at least two or three times.

A super employee named Jeff, first directed us to what we were looking for. Then came by to see if he could help us. There were pallets piled high in front of what we were trying to look at. He moved them and then had to get equipment on the top high shelf to get what we wanted. He went and got a cart and loaded the product all with a "no problem " attitude. Very professional!

Daniel was the supervisor that assisted in my purchase of 2 up right freezer. He was very attentive to my situation as a customer and really went out of his way to see I was taken care of. Was very patient and caring for my situation. Had a terrific attitude and was very responsive to my needs and really showed care for me as a customer. I don't know him personally but I feel like he cared for my situation as though we were related. Very pleasant experience. Daniel was a supervisor in customer service.

Lowe's is great! I have yet to go there and NOT find what I need. If there isn't a person readily available then you just push one of those help buttons and they come. It wasn't always like that. A few years back you were hard pressed to get help or help that knew anything! Recently, however, the employees seem to be helpful and know their stuff. The Garden Center is amazing! I can spend TONS of time there in summer and even if I choose a lot of stuff, it's not outrageously expensive.

Went in to pick an order and to buy a washing machine. My order was ready to pick up when I got there and I then went to buy the washing machine transaction# 56331013 the gentle man there gave me great service and answered all of my questions. He deserves a kudo for excellent service.

The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. You always see a smile on their face and are almost always greeted as you walk by. Items are in stock and we never really had a long wait. Best place in the area for your home improvement needs.

Went to Lowe's looking for a window air conditioner. Stopped at the customer service counter inside the door and was directed to the correct area. Stopped an employee who walked by and was helpful, got a cart, loaded the unit (the biggest one) and got someone to help load it into my SUV. A good experience!

We've been doing alot of remodeling work and we've found everything we've needed so far, from pex pipe to electrical, to flooring.
