Claxton Cold Storage

A worker named Sin was very helpful. I was able to check in before my appointment at 10:30 am . He got my pick up pulled and loaded before 10:30 am. Dock doors 13,14,15 you will have your pull outside the gate and straight line back into door . Thanks SIN for the great customer service . Everyone there was actually polite and helpful.

First time here , good experience overnight parking , everybody’s cool will load you up early, a cool dude named Reece put me on a door 6am for a 10am appt .. forgive me if misspelled his name but salute to you brother

Very friendly loaded me very quickly there's overnight parking. come out got me when they were loaded very friendly in the office.

The man that let's the trucks in the gate and gets them situated is super nice and really great at his job. Woke up the drivers early and gave us doors early to get us out of the driveway.

Good place to pick up easy In-N-Out they have overnight parking… the loader was quick and friendly

Arrived a day before my appointment then I called them to check in and they said to come in the morning to the office and they will give me a door. My appointment was 13:30pm, I got loaded with the paperwork at 8:10am. Overnight parking, very nice place to pick up and delivery. Nice guy who loaded me, lady from the front desk is little mean.

Good morning fellow drivers this place is awesome never never seen in my truck driving at all especially Mr Reese who work here got me seal the trailer & loaded was super duper nice man I wish there could be people like this on earth will be heaven on this earth & the lady on phone is super nice too the one who check in too
Overnight parking: outside for 2 truck but there is 3 truck stop near by

This is how a company should be ran. Efficient. The Americold's, Target's, and other big companies should take a page from Claxton Cold Storage. Had a 10 am appointment., checked in at 6:50 am. Loaded and seal placed on door at 8:03 am. This is a company that understands "time is money". We'll done Claxton Cold Storage. Would PU/DL anytime to this facility.

Arrived at 0600 for a 0800 delivery, last of six stops from hell. I was out by 0700. They start taking you at 0645 for deliveries, unsure about shipping. I would bring another load here. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Even with a problem. In and out easy access off Highway. Some parking available overnight
