My experience was very pleasant here, I plan to use them more often for all my storage needs. The wonderful lady there in which I can’t think of her name was excellent in servicing me! She also does very well at keeping the units and lots clean and keeping an eye on everything! Thanks to her I was able to get my storage unit swiftly and easily thanks so much public storage!

Dana was amazing! Very bubbly and customer friendly! Office is far above clean! Not a lick of dust in sight! As well as the property. I love a smell of bleach in a concrete hallway. She makes you feel comfortable when renting! Thank you for all that you do, Dana!

The most painless and haggle free renting experience of any type I’ve ever had. The lady Dana was very professional and super polite. She had me taken care of in 10 minutes and able to move my stuff in immediately! Highly recommend!

I just came in today to purchase a storage, and made a mistake in size. The assist the front; Benton was very understanding of my situation he not only upsized my unit, but also maintained a great attitude although he was having system issues. I definitely started my rental agreement off smooth I look forward to working with this company.

The onsite staff are great!!! Professional, helpful and also friendly! I've been using this location for over 3 years....the buildings are ALWAYS clean, free of trash and debris!!

Mrs. Dana is one of a kind. She is willing to help under any weather condition! I really appreciate her and all her help.

I highly recommend this location. Units and complexes are clean and secure as well as regularly patrolled. It's very accessible for large vehicles with easy access via the app. Dana and Benton were very helpful and friendly and made sure I got the best possible deal and I was completely setup before I left. I definitely recommend going in or calling the actual location since the corporate phone can be a bit of a headache. I see why they maintain some of the best review scores in all of Statesboro.

I truly enjoyed this experience. The facilities were exceptional ( access & cleanliness!). But the most enjoyable was the assistance I received (with a huge smile) from Dana. I’ll definitely refer others to this place.

We misplaced our key and didn’t realize the office didn’t have a key to our Unit but Dana came to the rescue. She was very hands on trying to help us find a solution. Just we were about to give up She found a local maintenance man to assist us and they NOT only helped but said a prayer for us. Dana you ROCK.
