This is the third home that I purchased, but this was by far the best experience i've had with a realtor. Jordan went past the call of duty and exceeded my expectations in every part of the experience.He returned my calls promptly and kept me in the loop on all the details. He was prompt, professional, patient, courteous and even helped after we closed by retrieving some items I had left behind. There are some things that can't be taught, like kindness and patience; which are virtues that Jordan seem to possess early in his career. I believe Jordan has a very big and bright future ahead!

Jordan is a exceptional realtor. I met Jordan back in July when I was in a transitional point in my life. I had just moved out of my rental home and needed to figure out if I wanted to commit to renting again. I just couldn’t make the jump to pay mortgage prices for a rented space anymore.
This is when I was finally able to make the decision to commit fully to finding a place of my own. I told Jordan the vision and we locked in from there. I had him searching high and low for my dream house. Every property I shared with him he made a appointment and we view together. Even when I knew it was probably a No Jordan was willing to help use the viewing to figure out what were the non-negotiables. Absolutely amazing realtor company! Jordan was a tremendous help. Whatever update that came our way he was super responsive and always kept me and my wife in the loop. Was constantly finding properties for us to look at and was super flexible with his schedule. I wasn’t able to go pick up my keys and Jordan took time out of his busy schedule and went to go pick them up and drive 30 min back to give them to me. Where do I begin. I believe it was in early May when we first contacted Chris for selling our Estate in Pleasant Garden, NC
It didn’t take long to have a gentleman interested in Purchasing our home.
We where suppose to close May 30 th but that didn’t happen
Ran into a few glitches with a lien on the title. But there really wasn’t a lien. . It took numerous of tries with DMV and a few banks to clear up the issue.
Chris helped a few times with a 3 way call to DMV. Chris went well beyond his duty as a real estate agent to help us solve this problem.
Well finally October 20 th were able to close on the estate.
I would recommend Chris to anyone. He has so much patience and so understanding and great to work with. Always returned phone calls in a timely matter
