Michael's is always a great place to shop! I've shopped for bakeware, art supplies, home decor, and, for the first time today, jewelry. I'm big into DIY myself, and my toddlers love to work on projects. Today I found an amazing Bluey jewelry kit with character charms. My daughter will be the envy of her entire daycare!

I love this store! They have just about everything, and their service is great!

The employees are always friendly and eager to help but not to the point they breathe down your neck. I had an interview here and the manager had been there for 20+ years, she was friendly and is when ever I come in. Ended up taking another job due to the pay being low for me, but I hope she is getting paid what she is worth!!!!

Great bargains, a surprise gift for my brother and it was a magical visit.

A few years back I completed a cross-stitch and brought it to you for framing. I was THRILLED with how it turned out - the colors you chose, the ornateness of the frame, the care you took to present my art in the best way - it truly touched my heart. Obviously, with such a positive experience, I brought a second cross-stitch to you to have you work your magic again. And you did. Not only did you advise me to wait a week to bring it in (due to an upcoming 70% off sale!) you once again helped to choose the perfect combination of matting and frames to really make the details of my art pop.
Your craftsmanship is impressive, laudable, and appreciated.

I feel Michael's reputation as a great store for arts and crafts proceeds itself. This store is no exception. Great products, nice staff. Cell phone reception is almost non-existent for some reason in this specific area of Eau Claire. Don't plan on doing much online searching on your cell phone unless you use Michael's free WiFi 😉

I was having problems registering for my online account, so I drove to the Eau Claire store,which is over an hour from where I live and Linda, the manager, helped me get my online account going. She was so pleasant and very patient with me , because I lack on this whole technology stuff, lol.. Both Linda and I were laughing trying to figure out why I couldn't get registered, but she solved the problem!! 😊

Greeted by staff when I entered the door and was directed where I needed to go. Found what I needed right away. What I purchased looks great in my office. Plus there was a sale!

Everyone that works at the Eau Claire Michael's is so helpful and friendly. Holly always helps me find supplies for my craft projects. Sierra was my cashier tonight and they were really nice on what I'm sure was a very busy Black Friday!

Love their selection of Halloween decor! Lots of cool and artsy things as well as other things!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I needed to find something yesterday and a kind lady guided me to where the metallic markers were, helped me find online coupons, and helped me sign up for rewards so I could save money. The cashier was also really friendly and easy to work with. I know from past experience that this is a company that offers quality products, but when you get great service as well, you know you've found a wonderful place to shop.

I had a great experience at Michaels in Eau Claire. The associate in the custom framing department was FABULOUS in her customer service, her name was Anna. I need to be frugal for this item I was getting framed and she helped me so much! I would definitely only get things framed at Michaels and will call ahead to see if she’s available to help.

Great place to shop. The staff is knowledgeable. Always helpful and understanding if it takes a while to find what you are looking for.

I love Michael's it is laid out so easy to find things. Labeled, organized, plus customer service comes around asking if they can help you within a short time of entry. Always have enjoyed this store and after being at another similar company & going nuts finding things. Loving product but so unorganized and labeled poorly ect. It was such a remarkable experience to be here where it was joyful from start to finish. I could have spent mega dollars here too, the flowers are so realistic I wanted to take them all home. We purchased some art supplies and could have done a lot more damage to my pocket book & probably will down the line but was getting so tired out had to leave. Post operative & hit the point of no return exhaustion. Love their store though, my friend & I are both so impressed with the lay out & organization of products. Plus customer service without even going searching for them.

Great choices and great prices

Always decent with prices, great selection of hobbyist tools and lots of really nice decor. We get almost all our Halloween stuff here! My wife got a piece of art I bought from a concert framed here a couple years ago. Gorgeous job with the frame, which is proudly displayed in my home for all to see.

Good place to pick up crafting items. They have a good selection of items for just about any crafting hobby you can imagine. They also have unique items for holidays from gifts to household decorations. The prices are fair for a box store. The staff is friendly and helpful, my wife loves this place.

Was looking for plant stands. They had a huge variety..fall flowers were 40% off.
