Always come here when I'm in town. If you like Jersey Mike's, you'll love their hot hoagies. Super friendly service and a great place to sit and eat. Very cheap prices for a perfect amount of food. I always just get the 1/3 size, and it always fills me up.

We love this place! The staff are thorough and methodical to make sure orders are done just as you'd like them. You can always count on the food to be great no matter who is working!

Great prices for a nice quiet cup of coffee in the morning. This establishment has been a mainstay in EC for decades and I always enjoy coming back to it.

The gluten free hoagie I had today was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. They warmed it up too.
Service was friendly and the space is large.
Not a lot of outside signage indicating that it's there from what I could tell, but it's a local staple.

A Chippewa Valley classic. Eau Claire will always be my home location, but Menomonie is awesome as well. This time around I had a Turtle Mocha, which was perfect 🥰 And my friend had a Lavender Chai, which was, to my surprise, equally delicious! Super fast service, and they were very patient while we decided our order. 5 stars. Always.

This establishment always has consistently good food, and beer selection. I give 4 stars for service, because you order at the counter, and they deliver to your table. This is good overall, because it keeps costs down.

Wasn’t my first visit and definitely not my last visit. The food is delish, the service team is kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is warm and chill. Go-to when downtown!

The Acoustic Cafe is a great place to casually gather or grab a bite to eat at any time of day. They have a ton of seating options for individuals or groups, and the atmosphere is super laid back. All of these great characteristics are amplified when they have live artists playing. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch or a late night snack!

This place is super chill and a great place to study. They benefit from many things compared to other cafés in downtown Eau Claire: they are open later than others and they have an amazing food and bakery menu (food is made right up until closing). They also made the best blended dirty chai I have ever tasted! I just wish that they had comfier seating…

Amazing place to visit, one of my daughters favorite places and quickly becoming one of mine. The management and team members are amazing and super friendly. There was an issue with my order, all I can say is WOW! They took care of me like the family they liked. They didn't say "sorry", just took responsibility and fixed the issue. I appreciate this place and this team! Major shout out to you guys!

We saw one of these over in Menomonie as well. This one was nice. Service was great. Atmosphere very pleasant. Big windows let in lots of light.

Let me tell ya: they know how to make a sandwich. Polite staff, clean facility. We will be back every time we go down that neck of the woods!

Excellent freshly made soups and sandwiches. Their white chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream is the bomb. Fast service by friendly and helpful staff.

New to the area, trying out all of what EC has to offer based on suggestions from locals. This has been my favorite coffee spot so far. My brew was delicious and the toddler was content with his cookie. Aesthetically pleasing ,lovely staff.

Very excellent cafe/restaurant. The atmosphere is great! The food is phenomenal! Their ice cream is very high quality! If your thinking of checking out, it is a must, just the food alone, you won't be disappointed.

I am not local, first timer.
Place was semi-busy, on Sat around 2pm. Service was typical - no complaints. Wait time wasn't bad. Atmosphere/ambience seems nice.

I ordered a Pita sandwich with soup of the day (vegetable garden), and black coffee. Pita was great, soup was okay.

The best sandwich I have ever had! Not even kidding! Great atmosphere and great staff. They also have never once messed up my sandwich. Thank you Acoustic!

This place hasn't changed a bit, and that's what makes it great. Same atmosphere and same great food. All the workers are so friendly and personable. I'm glad I made the stop last time I was in town.
