Discovering The Smile Shop after moving to North Carolina was truly a game changer for me.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The reception team was not only efficient and courteous but also made the check-in and check-out process seamless. Managing my appointments, whether scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling, has always been a breeze!

The dental professionals at The Smile Shop are truly exceptional. They are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in their field but also incredibly attentive and caring towards their patients. One thing that stands out to me is the level of personalized care I receive at this office. The dentists always take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have, tailoring their approach to meet my specific needs.

Whether it's a cleaning with Ameilia or any of the other hygienists, or a visit with Dr. Spriggs, Dr. Dolin, or Dr. Bonasso,... I always know I am in good hands!! And most importantly, I always leave with a smile. The welcoming atmosphere and the positive energy of the staff members never fail to brighten my day!

I had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and explained everything that was happening! The place itself was very up to date and clean. I appreciate the ability to book appointments online and the text reminders that are sent. The experience was quick and painless.

I called the smile shop because my front cap came off. I had called several dentists. Dr. Dolin and staff were amazing. From the time I called until the time I left, they were amazing. It must be the culture of the clinic. Every person spoke with calmness. Thank you Dr. Dolin for answering the phone and rescuing me. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to the staff.

The Smile Shop is so wonderful! They have been thorough, but also efficient and quick every time I visit. Everyone there remembers me and treats me very kindly. I'm also impressed with the open and honest communication about the health of my teeth. I look forward to seeing them again for future visits!!!

The ladies in the office were very friendly. The dental hygienist that worked with me was excellent and so was the Dentist. They explain everything that is going on and make sure you understand. I recommend this place.

From as far back as I can remember I’ve always had anxiety when going to the dentist. This changed about 3 years ago when I started going to Dr. Dolin. The staff is so professional and make you feel so comfortable! 10/10 recommend.

This was my first visit here and it was so nice. Amelia was the best. Great personality. I never thought I would be laughing while at the dentist. Dr. Dolin talked me through my xrays and what was needed. She was informative. I now have a treatment plan and no pressure to schedule. I really like the vibe of this office.

Updated: November 30, 2023. I had another good visit today. I walked in and was immediately brought to the back by the hygienist Amelia. She was really patient, detail oriented. She did a great job and I felt fresh and clean after the session was done. She also answered my questions about oral hygiene and provided good advice. Doctor Dolin completed my great experience with an exam. Check out was a breeze: "You are good to go!" Everything was nice and professional. Thank you.

We followed our favorite dental hygienist Amelia to this office— she is extremely skilled and also a joy to work with. Huge bonus to have met Dr. Spriggs who is a fantastic dentist. I appreciate that he doesn’t recommend fillings unless they are necessary. We also appreciate his professionalism and great personality. The desk staff is also always helpful & kind when calling or interacting with them in-person. Highly recommend this team!!!

I have been going to the Smile Shop for 2 years. Amelia is a fantastic dental hygienist. She is super friendly and always ensures I'm comfortable. Dr Spriggs is a great dentist. He does not seem to force unnecessary dental work (which has been my experience at previous dental offices) and takes his time to explain recommendations. I really like going to the Smile Shop (please note that I used to be very scared of dentists ☺ )

I had one of the better dental office experiences of my life here. The entire team was so friendly, from Ellie who took my X-rays to Amanda who did my pain free dental cleaning. Dr Dolin was great at explaining things, walking me through was she was doing, and answering any questions I had. The scheduling process was also really easy and flexible. After your first visit you can register online. Highly recommend!
