Staybridge Suites Raleigh-Durham Apt-Morrisville, an IHG Hotel

Hotel staff were incredible and made us feel so welcome during our stay. Breakfast and evening social far exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms could use a little upgrading but overall (because of the staff) a very pleasant stay.

Teresa and Elizabeth at Staybridge Suites delivered exceptional service, treating me with extraordinary kindness and attention. Their personalized care made my stay unforgettable, showcasing hospitality at its best. I'm profoundly thankful for their warmth and professionalism.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and their staff. Literally EVERYONE was so helpful and kind. I pretty much live in hotels for work and this one stands out as one of my absolute favorites. Steve is an awesome manager and super kind. The gentleman that shuttled me to the airport (i think his name was Joe) was amazing!! He showed great concern for us passengers getting to our destination safely. Next time I'm down that way Ill be sure to stop back in!!

I loved staying at this hotel. The employees were awesome. The food was great. My room was perfect.

My boyfriend and I travel for his work. We have been here 2 weeks and will be here probably another 2 weeks. This hotel is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. Steve and Adoara are wonderful. The housekeeper, Higinia (I apologize if spelled wrong) did such and amazing job on our room. I work out on my computer in the room and the WiFi was sufficient. The socials 3 nights a week are fantastic. I wish I new the ladies name that cooks for it most of the time but she does a fabulous job. And breakfast is alway wonderful as well. My only complaint is the beds are hard, lol. But that is nothing to do with the staff. It is well lit, and pet friendly. Was not a bad price for us to have our dog for the month. Cheaper than many other places we’ve stayed. Definitely recommend. 😊

This is my first visit to USA and I stayed here 17 days. Overall experience was exceptional and staff were very supportive and suggested good restaurants. Special thanks to hotel staff member Theresa she is so kind and helped me during my stay.

I love how the kids can have their own room to stay in while traveling. They loved the basketball court.

Clean rooms in good condition. Pleasant desk staff.

But what really makes it 5 stars - solid happy hour reception. Ton of guests were down for food and drinks and the staff busted their butts making sure food and drink was kept filled and checking on guests making sure they had what they needed.

Kudos for both the hard work and attention to detail.

OMG, Ashley was awesome! She tried to help with shuttle service, but our son's plane didn't land b4 1:00am. I even received a special bag. Ashley, even called to check on us after check in. Clean rooms, only concerns are no USB charging ports in room and water pressure. I love Staybridge 💘

Just stayed the night before heading out at 5:30 a.m. this morning. The suite was great for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. The desk guy with a dark beard and glasses very kindly hooked us up with breakfast so we could get going, even though breakfast wasn’t served until 7:30.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites earlier this year April 29th - May 3rd. While my pictures were posted, I just realized that my review inadvertently was never posted.
Even though some time has passed I still recall the pleasant stay I had. First of all the accommodations were quite satisfactory. My room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to feel right at home. The outside area provided a nice setting to enjoy the fresh air.
The Staybridge served a complimentary breakfast daily which was served in a plesant, friendly environment. The food was delicious and prepared with a pleasant manner by the cook.
Last but not least I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Crystal, manager and Diane, assistant manager. They provided excellent customer service, responding to any request expeditiously with a warm smile. I look forward to another stay at the Staybridge Suites Raleigh.

Very great place for family stay.
Two queen beds suite.
Pros:
Room is clean. The kitchen has everything we need, plates, cups, pots, pan, knife, coffee maker, dishwasher and oven. And they also provide bagged salt and pepper.
The hot breakfast is great. There is a waffle maker for DIY.
Cons:
For extended stay, there is nowhere to trash the waste. It is not allowed to leave trash outside of the door. Asking for service is the only option.
Bathroom floor is slippery when it's wet. But most likely it's wet after a shower. So, be very careful.

Loving our experience so far. The front desk young lady was very professional and courteous. My kids love that there is a basketball court on site and couldn't wait to play. The outside patio is beautiful and I was able to sit and watch my sons have some fun. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I checked into Staybridge Suites on Friday afternoon from another hotel that could not extend our reservation. We have been in the area since Wednesday. Staybridge Suites have been AWESOME!! First, the representative was able to get us into our room much earlier than the normal check in time. The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. They accepted our furry family without any incidents. Our room is inviting and provided some of the comforts of home.
Secondly, we had to extend our stay due to road closures and FLOODING from the hurricane. The hotel Staff and the General Manager said it was not a problem and helped us to remain the extra time that we needed. I have some travel coming up and will definitely be looking at Staybridge Suites going forward. They definitely have a five star attitude.

This hotel was a great stay for 2 days. We had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Was very comfortable and clean.

Staff both day and night were excellent. They were very accommodating to our needs and made us feel at home during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

This is a wonderful low-key hotel, tucked away behind a couple of other hotels. It is four minutes to the airport, but I chose it for the central location with easy access to all parts of the triangle and because my cat could join me. The staff really make this Staybridge special. The GM Cheryl, and every single staff member, treat me like family. The kitchens in each unit make it easy to cook at home, and Wegmans is just 10 minutes away. Both laundry and breakfast are included as well as evening socials. It is hard to hire staff anywhere right now, so I know they are working very long hours but you wouldn't know it by their actions. I am in awe of them.

The front desk young and young lady were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and patient with us on our visit. Even down to options at Waffle house. To my surprise my boyfriend even was polite after we finally returned from eating. Visits with family are always CRAZY 🤣😧 OUR rooms, stay and parking were excellent. This was our first time staying here. His aunt booked the hotel.

We stayed here for a month while our apartment was being renovated due to flooding. The staff here were absolutely wonderful. Ms. Ray is a delight, she was very kind to us and treated our dog so well. All the other staff were always willing to help us out, our room was clean and the happy hour was great. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful, especially Becca. Everyone was very friendly, making our experience great. The buffets for dinner and breakfast were delicious. The food was fresh, hot, and cold when it was supposed to be. There were many healthy choices to choose from. It was very clean and nice. Great place!

Check in was a breeze, the staff was super friendly. The social hour was was good, its nice to get a bit to eat and meet some of the other guest. The bed was comfortable but the room could use some updating. There is a couple of restaurants that are within walking distance from the hotel.
