I went to requalify for rent controlled rent controlled senior citizen housing...Tgey got me taken care of the second I arrived YAY! GREAT PEOPLE THERE!

The person that I brought here was in desperate need of helpful information and services. The receptionist was immediately responsive with answers, advice and professional compassion regarding the situation being addressed. More was accomplished in a mere 15 minutes in this office than I've seen frustratingly attempted with other offices which are available for the same services. There was no longer a feeling of helplessness or of being at the mercy of "take a number and WAIT" (while trying to keep small children in check). This office is knowledgeable, skillful, professional, informative and very responsive. The staff is well-trained and, at the same time, kind and compassionate towards those in need of help. There is no perception of judgement or condescension. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
