We started the process online and made sure to fill out all the information as accurate as possible to ensure the turn in process was easy and that our offer was accurate.

The day of, Tianna was the one who took care of us. She texted us before our appointment to set expectations, where to park, what to bring, etc and was super sweet.

There was a power outage that day and she was still able to help us and even saw us earlier than our appointment time. Her inspection and taking pictures to upload took no more than probably 10 minutes and we were out the door.

We had a lot of stress from prior experiences with competitors with the trade-in or sale process and were extremely nervous, especially after reading reviews. We were completely blown out of the water by how easy the process ended up being and how amazingly Tianna took care of us.

We will absolutely use them again and even specifically request her if we can in the future.

Selling my car here was a very easy process. The paperwork was ready and the sell was complete in about ten minutes with check in hand. I was there for only around 30 minutes as another customer was being taken care of. The remaining part of my loan was paid off in two business days. The representative was very polite and professional. Spoke with the other customer on his experience as he was trading in, he spoke very positive about the company. Got to watch his vehicle come down which was a nice experience!

After trying to buy a 2020 Honda Civic Sport from a different dealership that was a terrible experience I decided to go through Carvana. It was the best experience! So simple and smooth and Tianna who works there was a delight!! The car was exactly how it was described online if not better. They have a 7 day no deductible warranty which is awesome. The AC wasn’t blowing cold so I took it to their preferred mechanic and got it fixed within 2 days. They also have a 4189 mile / 100 day Limited warranty $100 deductible! Highly recommend!

Sold a car there this morning. We used the online tool and were offered a very good price. Arranged to bring the car in at 9 this morning, and by 9:20 we walked out with a check in hand. They gave us 40% more then the dealer we ordered our new car from was offering us as a trade in. I don't know how they manage to pay so much or how they manage to get all the paperwork done so quickly and painlessly, when other dealers generally take well over an hour, but I am very happy with our experience there.

We wanted a hassle free trade in with online "instant cash offer" for selling our unused vehicle, upon researching on forums and YouTube, Carvana is repeatedly mentioned to be offering the better price and being the most hassle free. I tried all the instant cash offer websites, Carvana did indeed offer the highest value for my vehicle. Granted they still could inspect and deduct the selling value based on the fault they find, which, all those instant cash offer website would do the same.

Out of all the websites, Carvana is also the easiest to deal with and the most responsive after you get an online quote. I upload all the documents and screenshots needed for selling the vehicle Saturday night. They asked for more photos Sunday morning, then it was approved. We made the appointment to drop off the vehicle on Monday morning.

Monday morning, we gave them the key, they did an inspection, we signed some paper work, it was all done in 30 minutes. The representative is knowledgeable, cordial and extremely patient with us.

Monday night, we received the email about the money is transferred. Tuesday morning, the money is in my account.

I just received my car today and am pleased with the entire car buying process. Having been the first time I purchased a car online, I was quite skeptical but I am so glad I purchased through Carvana. My only complaint is that the outside of the car was a little dirty. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Putting the coin in, I watched my beautiful, silver Beast lower elegantly, with an adorable bow placed on its hood! Dillion mentioned that a customer support advocate made a note in my file that this was my first car purchase, so they wanted it to be special with the bow!

The car itself was exactly how the website reported it, apart from a large paint scratch that I assumed happened when being transported to the vending machine. Dillon pointed it out before I noticed and said he would file a case and it would be fixed for free, if I would like. I didn't mind, anyone can buy touch-up paint, its an easy fix. But I was so pleased that he mentioned it, instead of hiding it or brushing me off. Otherwise, the Veloster ran smooth and purred like a kitten. The test drive was easy and fun.

When I got back from the test drive, all I had to do was sign a couple papers, Dillon spoke to me about my Carvana Car Care that I chose to add, and we chatted about hatchbacks and how much we both enjoy them. After that, I was good to go! I drove my lovely Silver Veloster home to Virginia and now she sits in my driveway, shining like a gem.

Overall, this experience is unparalleled. No pressure, no side-eyes, nothing but a purely enjoyable and pleasant hour of car talk in a clean, sanitized environment. I did all the hard work at home, and even then it was easy! Now I can enjoy my new car without worrying if I made the wrong choice.
