After my implants I am not feeling too much discomfort. In Fact I'm SHOCKED there is little to no pain. Dr. Kelly and his associates did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased and impressed with the service, from beginning to end.

The staff are all kind and efficient and Dr. Savoy and her assistants are phenomenal! So attentive to your concerns or needs and makes sure you are never in any type of discomfort. I recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Lee and his assistant have wonderful personalities. Made me feel very comfortable while having three feelings done. The environment is very clean. Definitely recommend!!

The professionalism is questionable due to a follow up appointment was made 4 weeks ago for a Monday morning and I live out of town (over) 200 miles. The appointment was canceled during the time the office was closed Friday evening. I tried to call to let them know my implant screw dislodged and received a text message that the office will be closed on Monday. I tried to call the Greensboro office for Monday and the website said they were open until 5:00 pm. The answering service picked up and said they were closed too at 3:45 pm. I have to go back to work 200 miles away on Monday morning without what I consider urgent to be resolved but the emergency service for the office did not respond to my phone call. I'm very disappointed in how they canceled during business hours but the answering service said that the office was closed. Now I have to find another implant dentist that will repair their problem. The implant was unstable at the time of installation but Dr Kelly so called fixed it 4 weeks ago. ... disappointed with customer service and installation of a faulty implant.
