Harris Teeter

The most friendly Harris Teeter I have been in. The employees are very nice. Fred was my cashier, and Will bagged my groceries. The customers were cheerful, probably because of the employees at this store. Thank you Harris Teeter for giving me a happy shopping experience....and no, I don't work for Harris Teeter and no affiliation.

This is the greatest grocery store in the Triad. Specifically Kim, Miranda & Valerie. They really do a wonderful job at taking care of me. Their hospitality is unsurpassed. Austin & Kennedy up front, Greg in produce. Allen stocking. Moses getting the carts and Will. This store is super clean and affordable. I love going here bc everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Kim is the Manager and she has always put up with my shenanigans asking about this price and that price. Miranda is the boss and she has done a marvelous job at hiring a new butcher Matthew in the back. I think this store deserves more recognition based upon how well they operate and function. During the plandemic they were always there allowing us to get our food and providing a service to the public of Greensboro. The produce is fresh and the steaks are great. Their prices can’t be beat and the gas program discount is splendid. I never pay full price for gas bc of their gas reward program. If any of y’all actually read this that work here, please know you are appreciated and thought highly of and thank you for being such a great store.

Selection and layout of this location is very good. In other respects it is much like any other Harris Teeter, which is pretty good.

Popped in for Starbucks. I was greeted immediately. My son was touring Guilford College, today. So we don’t live in the area.
I walked around and I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the selections on the shelves. This is a great store!

The store is always clean, the employees (especially in the meat department and bakery) are very nice and extremely helpful.

This is my favorite grocery store after many years living in the area.

Update 8/9/23 - they recently did a store reset so many items are in different aisles. It's not outrageous but it will take some getting used to as always happens. Every other aspect of the store is still accurate!

As far as grocery stores go, Harris Teeter is the top around here.

Came by to try the fried chicken from the deli, while their Tre and Andrew help me. Tre had the best service and attention to her customer, she spoke to everyone who stopped by her counter. Andrew made my order to perfection! 10 out of 10!!!! Awesome service

I love you guys so much! Please never change the way you do business like all these other places. I enjoy the interaction with your wonderful cashiers. Brent is my favorite person ever. Best customer service person as well. She is always so lovely! Thanks for creating such a pleasant shopping experience.

Clean, well organized store. Usually not a long wait to get assisted check out and cashiers are friendly, unlike some other stores. I enjoy coming to this location.

Excellent visit, just picking up some prescriptions and a couple of other items. It was great to see more than one cashier working lol. They look to be really trying to help people in these hard times

One of the most complete grocery stores. Huge selection, a lot of high quality options. A bit on the pricey side, but not like whole foods.

Store was clean, well-stocked, and had everything I needed to purchase. I rarely shop there, but was very pleased.

Can I just say I love this particular HT location,they are the friendliest, and nicest people ever! They open up lines right away when busy and they offer a great variety!

I love this location! This is not my nearest location but still came almost 3 times a week just to check the produce clearance cart (kind of addictive just to see what was in there!) as they don’t have that clearance anymore I am not so regular but it is lovely location and the board’s head foot longs are the best of all HT!

Over all it was a very nice and pleasant shopping experience.however,allow me to give a big shout out to a mngr. named brianne... Trust and know she is the absolute best... She exhibited quick thinking,problem solving qualities. maintaining one of the most pleasant and friendly customer service... She's not a bench warmer worker.. She's a starter and a STAR 🌟.... WELL DONE Brianne well done.

Service at Starbucks was fantastic. Suggestions as to what I needed to replace caffeine went above and beyond. The staff were courteous and gave me their full attention. I make mention at this point of Selema. unfortunately I am not able to recall her co-worker.

Had the great pleasure of going through Ameara's line. She met me at the beginning of line and took my groceries out of my hand to help me. Very nice and friendly. Ameara great associate to have!
