Cat Care Hospital

My cats got allergic reaction to a medicine and that was the reason of my visit here.
The staff was friendly and attentive. I did have to wait a little past my appointment time to get checked.
The nurses are nice as well as the doctor. Vet visits are not cheap which i found out afterwards so so don’t be surprised. If they tell you they want to do treatments or anything else, just be sure to ask about the cost beforehand.
I would recommend this place for cat owners.

We moved from another cat care clinic to the Cat Care Hospital because our favorite veterinarian transferred to this clinic. We found Dr. Beachy five years ago after a bad experience with a full service veterinary hospital. Dr. Beachy has been 100% amazing in caring for our two current fur babies and two that have since diseased. She is compassionate and straight forward in her communication with us. She takes her time, and has never made us feel as if we are inconveniencing her. We trust her completely.

The staff at the Cat Care Hospital have also been truly amazing. Everyone we have had the pleasure to deal with have been kind, welcoming and patient. The staff is knowledgeable and take the time to make sure our questions are answered. The clinic is very clean, and has a calm and pleasurable atmosphere.

When looking for service providers, I am very critical to ensure the professionals I am dealing with have the qualities I have mentioned above. We are fortunate that we did not have to search far to receive the best care for our cats.

I love this vet, my fur baby also did as well, he did so good on his first vet visit, everyone was so nice and patient, they went above and beyond to give us free trial, gifts and information about caring for my kitten, got up-to-date on all of his vaccines and even did blood test and it was all less than $300

Like most cats, mine is never thrilled about a visit to the vet, but the staff here was wonderful and took excellent care of her. I was impressed that they made the time to schedule a same-day appointment for us, too. Definitely a five-star experience!

I had a stray cat who I needed relatively urgent medical care for, I was super stressed trying to find a place with availability and decent reviews. I took my cat ,Luci, to this clinic and they were so sweet , gentle and caring with him. They made sure to ease my worries and anxiety and the clinic was quiet and relaxing. The doctors informed and were very honest, the staff was amazing and nice! the prices were not bad either! I’ll be bringing my inside boy to this clinic from now on and recommend this place to anyone. I was super pleased with everything about the visit. <3 thank you so much to everyone at this clinic.

Our kitten has been here a few times now. The staff is helpful, polite and informative. There is a pet supplies store a couple of doors down which makes this an especially great place to take your cat so you can spoil them after their trip to the hospital. Don't we all need that after hospital visits?
The rates are pretty reasonable, and the interior of the place is comfortable.

Highly recommend this vet!! I brought my new kitten to be seen and was very impressed with the compassionate and professional care I received! I am definitely going to bring my other cats here also.

What a great first experience here! Had taken my cat to 2 places for treatment since she could not use a paw and was holding it up. They kept rescheduling treatment for later time. Cat Care addressed issue immediately. Could assess with experienced vet tech. Doctor was very thorough and managed my cat with ease. Helpful staff. Reasonable cost. Injections for pain and antibiotics were used which is much better. Thank you so much!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

This is the best vet that we have ever been to. The staff is wonderful. From the front desk, to the techs, to Dr. C they are all amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism are top notch and their caring helpful attitudes are a true blessing. I just can't recommend them enough.

We've used Cat Care for several years now and have always been extremely pleased with their services. The vets and techs are awesome people who genuinely care about all aspects of our furry friends' lives!

Great staff!! They made my little fellow feel right at home. You could not even tell that the Dr. gave him two shots and a rectal exam! they cuddled him and treated him as if he were theirs.

Cannot recommend this vet enough!! I’ve never written a Google review before but figured I would because there aren’t many for the Cat Care Hospital. Dr. McLeod is extremely thorough and will not waste your money to do testing that she thinks is unnecessary. I’ve taken my one year old cat experiencing ataxia here twice and Dr. McLeod spent AT LEAST 30 minutes with me talking about my cats health and listening to each and every concern I had. She doesn’t make you feel rushed whatsoever and actually listens & considers what you have to say. They even went out of their way and asked if they could make a copy of a note I brought that listed my cats symptoms & details about her episodes. Dr. McLeod knows what she’s talking about, considers all aspects of your pets health, and will take the time to make sure you understand everything going on with your pet. All staff is super sweet as well!

I have been taking my cats here for more than 10 years. Recently the vet sold the practice. I'm delighted with the new vets (both very knowledgable & experienced), plus the number of staff has increased. They now have an online pharmacy. Very impressed with the care they take with my kitty. She is comfortable there although she usually HATES the vet. Highly recommend this practice.

I tried several vets in the area before we were referred to Dr. Ho. She has been our vet for over 10 years. I have never met a vet with such a passion and understanding of our feline family. She has always been kind, loving and gentle with our cats and professional, compassionate and caring when working with us. We had an elderly cat with many medical problems. She always looked for economical courses of treatment for him and did not put him through the ringer with unnecessary medical tests and procedures like other vets in the area did. If you read any of the unfavorable reviews on here keep in mind, sometimes people put labels on knowledgable confident woman or the demeanor of the Asian culture. As far as price, her office visits are lower than some, higher than others. You get what you pay for. She uses high quality vaccinations (no, not all are made the same, I went to a vet clinic here in Greensboro once to save money and my cats became very ill from the low quality vaccinations). She spends quality focused time on your cat and then follows up with phone calls to make sure your cat is doing well. As far as feedback from former employees, people are always fast to post negative comments but, unfortunately, rarely take the time to post praise. I would never, ever, trust another with my cats!

My cat was seen here a few times, they took great care of my senior orange tabby. Dr. Coccaro was very kind and thorough with her care, I can’t thank her and the staff here enough.
