The staff and service here is excellent! The pool was down for maintenance while we stayed and they called us a shuttle so we could take the kids to swim at their neighboring hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Anytime we needed anything they responded quickly and helped. Would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed here before the pool was nice and warm, friendly service. The only problem, the Internet, other than that everything else was a plus. You can connect your phone, but any other devices you had to use a hotspot we never experienced that before but that’s the only problem. Breakfast was good. Service was good everything was clean in our room the hotel was clean.

This place is nestled quietly behind the airport and just minutes away from the bustling downtown area. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The overall feel of the rooms and the hotel itself is very modern and very refreshing. The professionalism and kindness of the staff are unparalleled. Highly recommended for all vacationers and business folk alike!

Did not stay due to incorrect information being given but they did everything they could to make it right. I appreciate the customer service!! When wrong they own up… in my experience.

Easy on an off from i40. Within minutes from the airport. Clean hotel. Large spacious rooms. Heated saltwater indoor pool. Lots of restaurants to order and or visit close by. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town, for a very small daily rate. Hotel shuttle to the airport is operating almost 24 hours a day. Will stay again, went in the area.

The 1st thing I noticed was the smell. It smells so clean! Which was very refreshing as I travel daily for work. Next I noticed how prepared the front desk was. They had me set up with a room as soon as I walked in the door and this was a Friday night! I was impressed with the smiles, serenity and cleanliness. Great job staff!

We stayed for a couple weeks and I was able to work from the lobby, the indoor pool was great and it's walkable to a lot of shopping and natural areas

I travel to this area a lot for work, and try to stay at hotels with in-room kitchens when possible. I've stayed at pretty much every Hilton brand hotel around RDU, and this is by far my favorite. Everything feels new and clean. The rooms are spacious, and I love the set up of the kitchen and bathroom. Home2 has the best free breakfast options of anywhere I've stayed. Also conveniently located right next to the airport (8 minute drive to the rental car return). And if you like Indian food, you HAVE to try the restaurant right up the street. I'm not kidding when I say I've changed all my upcoming reservations to this hotel just so I can eat more of that paneer masala.
The only con about this place is that the walls are thin. I could very easily hear my neighbors talking and watching TV. I just popped my headphones on to sleep, but that might be a deal breaker for some.

It's a nice place to stay close to RDU.
Staff was kind, welcomed, and friendly.
The quality of accommodation is great.
clean and well-vented system.
Willing to stay there next time as well.

Nice suits including complimentary washer, dryer and Gym. Enjoy a lot in the swimming pool, breakfast was excellent. Close to RDU airport and nearby locations. Excellent stay with my family. Nice and safe place. Will visit again. Staff was very polite, welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is pretty nice, and clean. Our room is good for two people but its like a studio apartment, very spacious and almost everything is there. I like the mini kitchen, the big refrigerator and the dish washer. Worth the money I've spent.

We had a great stay at Home2 Suites! We flew in late and Roddy picked us up from the airport. He even offered to drive us to pick up dinner on the way to the hotel as everything near the hotel was closed and he sensed our toddler needed to eat. He also ensured we had a pack and play and everything we needed when we got back to the hotel and checked in. The hotel was clean and well kept - we all slept great and loved having the little living area to curtain off so our toddler could sleep! Thank you Roddy for your thoughtfulness and care - you are an amazing human!

Checked in late and was greeted by such friendly staff. The front is a little confusing. The main entrance is to the side when you pull in. Room was nice with plenty of space. The only thing was that the toilet paper, tissues and paper towels were on their last piece and we had to ask for more throughout our stay. I know it’s hard to stock up on the rooms but if you know the paper is low an extra roll wouldn’t hurt ☺

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member when we arrived. She changed our room to 2 queen beds instead of a King, (which we booked due to availability) so one of us didn't have to sleep on the sofa. We opened the door to a beautiful room with lovely furnishings and comfy cozy beds. After a great night of sleep, the oversized shower was wonderful. The coffee maker worked and the coffee was delicious. The kitchen was clean and very accomodating. The complimentary breakfast was a little slack, but we knew that going in due to Covid. We spilled a drop of coffee headed back to the room and the lady on desk duty was quick to come to our aide. She was very kind. Check out was a breeze and we will return soon. Best hotel experience in a while. Highly recommend

I am a flight attendant, my company has started using this Franchise. This is a awesome hotel. Friendly staff, awesome clean rooms, microwave and refrigerator. Close to Walmart, which is 5 mins walking distance. If u looking for a place to stay choose this hotel. Great coffee in the morning. Awesome staff through out the entire hotel. You will enjoy your stay.

My family and I spent 3 nights here and it was a good hotel for a extended stay. They free breakfast was great and the service and employees were great. Very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. As it was an extended stay place, I kind of assumed that things wouldn't be cleaned regularly etc, but that was so not the case! All of the staff were super attentive, and just genuinely nice. I arrived after midnight, and the person at the desk was still cheerful and super helpful, and made sure I was aware of all the amenities the hotel offered, and even offered to help me go back out to my car to get the rest of my things because they wanted to make me feel safe since it was so late. The room was HUGE and beautiful and everything was so perfect about my stay.

I was not disappointed! We’ve been traveling and have had some pretty pathetic hotels with horrible customer service, until we stayed here. First of all, download the Hilton app and sign up, it’s free. The app makes booking a hotel easy breezy, and it also has some pretty neat options. Like using your phone as a room key, locating services and amenities in your hotel, and checking out. When booking I mentioned that we would be traveling with our son who had severe autism, just to see if they would pay attention. They absolutely did! We were on the first floor, close to breakfast and the pool. It made it so much easier, thank you Home2! We stayed in the King Studio Suite and it was more than comfortable, very clean, modern, and perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast had a ton of options, including a breakfast sandwiches and a convection oven to cook them. I just took it back to my room and used our microwave. We will definitely stay here next time we travel through.

Staff was super nice. Great location. I dropped a few credit cards in the parking lot and they returned them to me,so even the guests were great. Loved the room. It was clean and the kitchen was immaculate. I will be back!
