Outback Steakhouse

Excellent service. Prime rib was cooked to perfection. Appetizers were very good. This is your run of the mill Outback but with above average service. Wait time was about 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

We came here on the way back from Raleigh, and were able to be seated immediately. Our server was Charli, who was a little inattentive, but I’m not going to hold that against the restaurant. Charli was polite and answered our questions, but besides that, we did not get refills on our waters. We got complimentary bread, which was warm and delicious with the butter. For my meal, I ordered the Outbacker Burger with cheddar cheese, cooked medium, with a side of the Steakhouse mac and cheese. My boyfriend ordered the Aussie cheese fries which comes with a large container of ranch. The burger was cooked to my satisfaction and it tasted great. It was very greasy and messy, though. The steakhouse mac and cheese was not my favorite mac and cheese I’ve had due to the seasoning that was in it, but it was decent enough. The cheese fries were excellent, as was the ranch dipping sauce that accompanied it. All in all, this was a nice dining experience. The bill came to just under $30 before the tip, which is not terrible for what we ordered.

My husband and I ordered a to-go order on the evening of Saturday, September 9, 2023, from the 1611 Westover Terrace restaurant in Greensboro, NC.

My husband ordered the 13-oz ribeye steak, cooked well-done. As his side dishes, he ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. He said the steak was delicious, very savory. He especially liked the mashed potatoes. I tasted them myself and they tasted like homemade mashed potatoes made with cream.

I ordered the Outback center-cut sirloin steak, cooked medium. My choice of sides were a baked potato and broccoli.

My steak was absolutely delicious. Many kudos to the chef who was working the grill that night, as my steak was cooked to perfection. I ordered my baked potato with butter and sour cream. I added my own cracked black pepper once I topped the potato with the butter and sour cream. My broccoli was very tender.

We were given one roll of their signature honey wheat bread. This bread is very delicious and goes well with any steak, chicken, or seafood dish. This honey wheat bread is made with a bit of molasses, giving the bread its distinct sweet flavor.

My husband and I were both very pleased with our meals and we look forward to future visits with this particular restaurant location.

Great service by our server. He was very funny and super friendly.

Food was great. It was better than Longhorn in so many ways. I feel Outback seasons everything more so for thise who love flavorful food you'd enjoy Outback more.

The bread they served was way better rhan Longhorn. It was soft and hot and I feel they made it fresh daily. We usually don't finish the bread but over here it was gone within 4 minutes.

We order their special, can't remember the name but it's grilled chicken breast and fried shrimp. Shrimps were the best part. They got so much flavors that reminds me of Thailand, my birthplace. I wish the put more sauce on top of it because it complements the shrimps in so many ways.

Chicken was vvvvv tender. Like it could melt in your mouth. It came with BBQ sauce and I loved it.

I ordered mash potatoes and premium strawberry salad (added around $1.5 more for premium) on the side. Mash potatoes was creamy and salad was great but Longhorn did it better on the dressing. My husband ordered chili and it tasted really good. It's spicy for thise not familiar with spicy food though.

This is our new favorite restaurant and will definitely come back to try their Tim Tam dessert ❤

Service was great! Very friendly server. And food was good as usual. We didn’t like the grease or oil over the chips and steak dip but everything else was pretty good.

Outback steakhouse was not crowded at all at 4pm. We sat down in a cozy little booth and ordered non-alcoholic drinks. Then I decided to get the blooming onion knowing half of it would go home. We both ordered the 12oz ribeye, her with salad and fries, and I had salad with balsamic vinaigrette and loaded baked potato. We knew that we had to eat the salad since it doesn't go home well. My vinaigrette was delicious. We ordered extra ramekins of almost every thing. I almost forgot the nice loaf of bread that greeted us. Very pleased with the service and the food. Meals went home for more pleasure. If you liked my description please hit the thumbs up for me. 😃

My wife and I went out for date night, and came in to eat at Outback Steak House at Westover Terrace. MAKAYLA B was wonderful, she was very attentive and caring. The food was also perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Just enjoyed a great meal at Outback on Westover in Greensboro. Everything we ordered from the Blooming Onion, to salads, potatoes, steaks and burgers was outstanding. Our server, CiCi, was friendly, attentive, checked on our table several times and would quickly bring out things we asked for like more butter, bread, etc. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.

I went with my family for a birthday dinner and had an amazing experience. Our server Wil made sure to check on us and accommodate any special requests we had. The manager Caleb stopped by to personally wish my daughter a happy birthday. I will be coming back!

We had a business event at this location in February of 2024. Chris, one of the managers, was extremely welcoming, accommodating and professional. He made sure we had a great server, CeeCee, who was attentive, kind and fast! We are definitely returning!

This is the best Outback my family and I have ever eaten at. Food and service was phenomenal. We're from out of town, wish we were closer to this location.

This location is probably the better of the outbacks. We always have great service here, and the food is always just as good. My steaks always come out cooked correctly. Don't hesitate to stop in at this location, we've always had great experiences. Also dont forget to get some beer and mixed drinks!

Makayla is amazing! She was super busy Saturday night but still managed to give fantastic service. Did not overlook one detail in our requests and did so with a fabulous attitude! Get more of her!!!!

I had a fantastic time here today. My server Wil was so energetic and attentive to me and my wife. I also had a nice experience with the manager Caleb. Would definitely come again.

I came here Friday night kinda late due to the fact that my friend came out of town and had to get settled in Greensboro. Anyways we sat for like 5-10 minutes waiting to be served on for drinks but when our waiter came up to the table it was totally worth the wait! He was fantastic at his job and the food was fresh and hot! The our waiter kept checking on us and was very fast at his job! I totally understand that most places are short staffed at the moment but my goodness the waiter was amazing! Thank y’all for fantastic service I will be back!

Staff was friendly, food was great.

If you get the homemade ranch, it has a kick. Fair warning lol.

Kids cheeseburgers are huge compared to most kids meals.

Mac and cheese bites appetizer was great.

I wanted extra shrimp with my steak meal and sadly the only way to do so was to order it as additional appetizer or as a separate entree. (Photo shows entrée portion added to 4 CT with meal.

The chocolate thunder from down under dessert is awesome!! Highly recommend.

Also, try the remoulade sauce.

10/10!!! My boyfriend and I had a great night out. The drinks were delicious and our server, Kate made it probably one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in awhile. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pics of our amazing food, but it was well worth the visit and we’ll definitely be coming again soon!

My.server was Makayla tonight and she went above and beyond to make sure my family & I had all we needed to have a very satisfying meal. Thank you Makayla for being such a good server, caring and considerate, you are awesome!!

Ian was amazing! He made this dining experience make me want to come back! Any issue we had, he tended to with a smile! Our experience with Ian was 10 stars!

Wil did an excellent job with taking care of the table and keeping up with the order. Truly an amazing experience to have wil as a server. Funny and very informative guy!
