Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park

The hotel was really nice. The rooms were clean upon arrival. Bed with all the great pillows slept very nicely. The food that was served at the bar was as good or if not better than going to a restaurant. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was flawless. Only complaint is that there are no microwaves in the rooms.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean,, quiet and the staff is friendly. Shout out to Mark the Maintenance Tech who came quickly to my room because it didn't have heat. He then ensured that my room was changed and the MOD Noel, www brought me my key and Mark helped me move. I'm very pleased with my stay here. They have a cafe on premise that offers light foods for breakfast and dinner, ask for Tay! The one complaint I have is that for ten floors only one of the two elevators worked. Other than that, if in the area, give it a try.

The staff was very attentive to our group, without neglecting what seamed to be the normal business. A few of your guests were of course intrigued by the gathering, and joined in on the conversations 😀 🤝

This is a very nice hotel. It was close to the airport and highway, so very convenient. The shuttle to the airport was quick and painless. They have a nice bar and a restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. The food was good and the drink selection was great. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room temperature was quite adequate. The only downside was that the air from the room vent was quite strong and direct, not well dispersed, and the elevator at the back of the hotel was a bit clunky.

First and foremost, a very big thank you to Anthony and Da'ja! They made my stay at the Sheraton a very comfortable and enjoyable. Their helpfulness and kindness goes without measure. I have found a hotel. I know I will return too! What a guest service experience!

We stopped for 2 nights for a football game in the area and we were very pleased with our stay , the room are spacious and very clean. The service at the front desk wasnt the best , as we were not explained anything like the usual , checked in , thank you next.... but we would come back without hesitation.

I was very impressed and pleased with the rooms and decor of the whole hotel. It felt very classy. The rooms are cooled by in housed units and window AC units. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains made it seem like it was night 24/7. The staff were extra friendly and helpful which made you feel important. Nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The hotel even has a free shuttle service to the near by restaurants if you so choose. My girlfriend was very satisfied with our stay. Made our birthday vacation incredible.

I was here for a bday dinner. Didn't stay in a room. The food and beverage manager and his team were awesome. We had a grand time and dinner was delicious. They took real good care of us. Good job.

The hotel's location is very convenient - close to the airport and to my office. I stayed here for 6 days. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast spread is pretty good. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. I would prefer to stay here every time I'm in RTP.

NCBA convention once per year. An elevator was out for the entire weekend which was super annoying and inconvenient when everyone has to be at class at 8am.

I had a corporate event to DJ near the Sheraton imperial so I booked a room here, and was not disappointed. The best part about my stay was not the amazing room, which was beautiful by the way. Or the immaculate hotel. The star of the show was the service that we received from Veronica in the bar lounge area. The food was amazing, she knew exactly when to check in on us. You can easily tell a genuine person... She would be your favorite aunt. We connected instantly, and the bride and groom that I was meeting with said the same thing. She has some sort of magic. We were very impressed! They should give her a raise for sure.

3 years ago, my husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. When we checked in, we were greeted with an amazing surprise… we were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite!! 3 years later this weekend, I surprised by husband with a stay in the same suite we stayed in 3 years ago on that special wedding night. It was such a special experience!! I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Really loved this Sheraton Imperial. Rooms are generously sized and newly renovated. Food service staff is the best plus good food served at the lobby bar and coffee shop. Club lounge was closed but they offered vouchers that can be used at the lobby bar and restaurant. Overall a well run hotel.

The hotel was very clean and very friendly staff. I was there for the NCADA event and couldn't have asked for a better place to have it.

Was here only for a class given in a ballroom. The room was perfect. Bathrooms were clean, only drawback was that only one of three bathroom faucets worked in the ladies room.

I was here for the Flanc conference for two days and It was very comfortable. I am terrified of bugs and the maintenance man came up to my room as soon as I called for room service to help me kill It. He even sprayed down my room while I was there. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and very modern. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for business!

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helped accommodate an early check in. The renovated interior looks great! Everything is very modern, rooms were well decorated and comfortable. Beds and pillows are comfy as well!

It was a nice quiet place to rest, and go to SGA meetings.
