JD Service Now

I had a fantastic experience working with Patrick from JD Service. I recently had an EV charging station installed in my garage, and Patrick's service was outstanding. He was punctual, friendly, and took the time to discuss the best location for the station while addressing all my concerns and questions.

One thing that stood out was Patrick's patience – I tend to be a bit of a "hoverer" when someone is working at my house, but he didn't mind at all and patiently answered all my queries. After completing the installation, he left the work area spotless, showing great respect for my property.

What truly impressed me was how Patrick handled a slight issue with the breakers for the station. He remained professional and went the extra mile by contacting ChargePoint representatives to ensure the installation was done safely.

I would wholeheartedly recommend JD Service, and I would definitely use their services again in the future. Patrick's expertise and dedication to a job well done made this experience truly exceptional.

We had a standard review performed on our HVAC. The technicians arrived on time. They let us know exactly what they would be doing and the areas they would need access to. Before they started, they asked if we had any questions. When they were in the house, they used shoe covers and left all areas clean after they were done. At the end of the inspection, they let us know that things looked good and that we didn’t need any service. They did say that the capacitors in our systems were a little bit outside of the normal ranges that the manufacturer recommends, but they did not push for replacing them. They did answer all the questions that we had and we decided to go ahead and replace them. They had all the necessary parts and were finished in under 45 minutes. The young men were polite and professional. Later in the day, we had Matt from the plumbing side of the business come out to do a full inspection of our plumbing and then replace a kitchen faucet and a shower head. After completing the inspection, he helped me pick out the replacement faucet and shower head. He then went and picked up those items so I could have the whole job completed today. He too, was polite and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions. He was also quick, efficient and thorough. I was impressed that during both visits today, employees expressed how much they enjoyed their jobs!

Loved the experience with JD Service Now & Antonio Betts. He installed a new hose bib where I needed it and replaced an old expansion tank before it became a bigger issue. Great work, fair prices, I have a new plumber.

Matt arrived promptly and was very professional and thorough. I had three different plumbing issues to get fixed. Matt was very transparent about options and pricing before beginning the work and completed the work in a timely manner. He reviewed everything with me as he completed each repair. I highly recommend Matt and JD Service Now.

Excellent service, findings well documented with photos. Recommended services graded by urgency. Findings provided without pressure leaving us with HVAC overall system status for my wife and I to discuss and decide on services to be performed, or not, after the two technician’s departure. They double-checked items of interest to us and made sure all of our concerns were assuaged. Explanation of findings were clearly and concisely presented aided greatly by the photographs taken,

Niko came to assess my tankless water heater that had been installed years prior to me buying the house. He is polite, professional and gave all the options with what I needed. My water heater needed to be replaced and was expecting to have to schedule for a different time. Niko said it would be that same day. I appreciate he gave me all the information on each model to make the right decision without pressure. Great service!

Mark and Patrick came out to service my family with some electrical issues we were having & wellness check. They were respectful of our home and explained everything they were doing for us. Mark and Patrick were both very friendly and loved on our pets as they worked around the house! We are happy we are members of JD Service! Thank you Mark and Patrick.

Professional, expert level knowledge, and fantastic customer service. The office scheduled our appointment within a matter of a few days with the technician we requested, Steve. They followed up with us and let us know his arrival time. Steve went above and beyond to problem solve the issues with our outlets and panel. This was no easy feat given our 100 year old home and it's multiple generations of wiring. I will definitely be using this company again.

John and Dillon are so hardworking, polite and easy to work with! John Cutler is extremely knowledgeable and I trust his recommendations. Quotes are reasonable, especially with their service plan. It took us awhile to find the right people to care for our older home. We've had nothing but great experiences with JD Service Now!

Again JD Service has an excellent employee in Anna. I showed her around my condo, she asked a few questions, and went about her work. She is a delight to work with. She had been here before on a service call and was a joy to work with both times. Thank you for having great employees.

JD Service was very good. They kept me up to date on when the tech was coming and who was coming. Shane did a great job, polite, explained everything he was doing. The price was reasonable and what they said it would be. Thank you for your help with my clothes dryer.

William Shoe helped us most recently, and both he and his colleague did excellent work. I especially appreciate that they were able to get someone out to us so promptly! Great local business.

Steve and Dylan came and did an extensive 2 day job that was more complicated than expected and they took it in stride and continued on with a light hearted attitude. I felt bad that what seemed like a simple job was not, due to previous homeowners doing nothing professionally. Steve came out once before to inspect our electrical system and I was so impressed by him that I requested him for this project. This was the first time I had met and worked with Dylan and again, totally impressed. Both are hard workers and take pride in their work. JD Service Now will definitely benefit with the addition of Dylan. I have had JD Service Now’s team come out here regularly. I highly recommend this one stop company for all your home needs and all staff I have encountered have been so pleasant, efficient and do quality of work.

JD Service Now has been my go to for Plumbing work since I moved back to the area. They've visited my house twice now for work and both times it was a 10/10 experience. Gracious Technicians, professional appearance and thorough work. Most recently was Matt C. who did the work and Matt was an awesome guy. Very nice and took the time to give all the information to my wife without pressuring her into a decision. Thank you Matt and the rest of the JD Service Team.

JD Now sent two technicians out and they were quick to determine the problem and offered two solutions. Easy and affordable fix. The best part of today's service is that they took the time to thoroughly inspect and double check the rest of my home's electrical layout - my home is barely 6 yrs old and there are several electrical oddities - at least I am now aware. Today's service was easy to schedule and professional from start to finish.
