Great biscuit. Nice and crunchy

We love our Bojangles! They know us there, the guy finished our sentence before we could get it out, lol, and we haven't been in for a while. They are always happy smiling faces when we come in! Great job, guys. We love you!

Went there today 1/21 and the place was clean, staff was friendly and good was good. Such a pleasure in the times were living in. Kudos to all of you!!!

I stopped here right before closing & was greeted by two friendly young men; they make a great meal for me & my friend, didn't seem upset by us being there after they had started cleaning up(can't say I would have been that nice myself) but great chicken & their cajun beans are the bomb.

It is one of the few places in madisonville where you are not going to have problems with the food or staff. Sadly, not knowing the young lady with long,straight dark hair that took our order, but she was truly an awesome team member, that is a true asset to the bojangles family....

Great value on breakfast platter. Senior coffee rate. Bathroom usually clean.

Loved it. Chicken sandwich was great! Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. Bo Berry biscuits were extremely delicious, warm and fresh.

Nice staff, they even cooked fresh fingers for me without asking, even though there were some in the hot bar.

When it comes to fast food Bojangles is definitely one of the best. This one when I arrived was exceptionally clean and I definitely appreciate that. The staff was nice and my food came out hot and the order was correct. I really appreciate when I go into the dining room and plenty of tables are clean so I can choose where I want to sit. Thank you Bojangles staff.

Love the 2 for 4.00 ham biscuits. Sam that works drive thru has the best personality. Always cheerful & polite. Every work place should have a sam..

Good good, friendly service. And it was clean… very clean. Our second visit and it was the same both times on different shifts.

Traveling through Madisonville on the way to Gatlinburg. Stopped in for lunch. Never ate at Bojangles before. Ordered chicken tender meals which included a choice of a side item, biscuit and drink for 4.99. We had fries as side item and sweet tea to drink. Sara took our order. She was very patient and friendly. She was low on the chicken tenders and asked if we mind waiting for them. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. She brought our hot fresh food to our table. The meal was delicious! The price compared to the food quality- fantastic! The restaurant was very clean and so was the restrooms! Very impressed!
