Russell!! He was awesome!! I needed a battery for my car and they didn’t have one. So my car was dead outside and he tried to give me a boost (too dead 😭) I went somewhere else and got a battery came back and he put it on for me (because I literally don’t know how to do anything). He was literally my champion today thank you soo much!! Ask for Russell!!

Thanks to a guy that goes buy the name of nick my experience was great. I was working on a 93 jeep grand Cherokee and kept needing to go get more stuff.i would call him and talk and as soon as i got there in about a 3 min time spand he already had the parts out i needed and was in and out in 2 min tops. This place is amazing! Would definitely recommend this as your auto parts store

Great team had to spend 45 minutes on 1 item for me. Its a good thing, that first sentence is a positive one . We went thru 8 yrs of receipts to match a part. Plus found out i had lifetime wires on both trucks.

The guys were on it. Greeted me upon entering the door. Had a little back and forth banter and he never missed a beat. Was a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

9 times out of 10 they have what I need in stock. Employees are friendly and helpful as well. If I need an OEM part, this is my go-to.

My truck broke down 150 miles from home, on the way to Georgia from Pigeon Forge in Sweetwater, TN. Talk about a rough day! Amara and Daniel(Scotty) went so far out of their way to help me get home I will forever be in debt to them! They even went as far as contacting their own personal resources to help troubleshoot my issue! The world needs more folks like them.That folks is some good ole Tennessee hospitality!

Employees are great but system is not up to the technology we are at in 2022. Definitely should have a vin lookup to see specific parts for that specific part.

Trevor and Kyle were both SUPER helpful and kind when we ran into car trouble headed from ATL to Greeneville at 8pm on a Friday!!! Recommended a couple auto repair places nearby that should be open first thing Sat morning and a good local motel.
