Great Great service. Of course Red Wings are pricey but they do last! And are usually quite comfy.

Norm had great customer service. He assisted my coworkers and I with purchases of safety shoes for work. They were so comfortable and stylish. I’m wearing them out since I don’t want to take them off lol. I highly recommend this place and ask for Norm when you come!

Great place to buy some boots for work that will last for a long time. The staff is really helpful in making sure you get exactly what you're looking for. They even have a new machine that scans your feet to get an exact measurement to ensure you get the right size boot.

Place owners/staff are great. I have bought over a dozen pairs of boots there. Always welcome me by name when I walk in. They also suggested/introduced me to there insoles. They work amazing. I'm on my feet all day and those things have helped me so much.

My Red Wings are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. The support is amazing. Norm and Don are so helpful. Genuinely friendly and so welcoming. We drive all the way from Raleigh to this store. So worth it. If you need work shoes, this is the place to go.

I waited until the last minute to order my boyfriend’s Christmas present and he worked with me until we found the perfect boot style, size, and color! I had great experience in this store. They are all nice, professional and very helpful people. I went to the store in the Black Friday so I could have a 20% discount. I tried different styles and sizes and finally decided the right one to buy. Since they didn't store one, they helped me order one that day so that I could enjoy the discount. I received their call two weeks later and picked the boots up. In the store, they asked me to try the boots and recommend an insole to me. They also gave me advice how to take care of the boots.

The guys that work here are really great. I bought a pair of work boots and tried them out for a week, but something wasn't quite right. I came back that friday and they diagnosed the problem; I have some above average meaty feet! I got fixed up with the right size pair in no time, no extra cost. Great experience at this store, now on to the boots. This was my first pair of Red Wings and I was hesitant to buy because of the high price. I am amazed at how well they have held up over the past few months. I work in fabrication and welding and sometimes I pound concrete for 10 hours a day, so I am pretty hard on my boots. I can honestly say that this is the best pair of shoes, and maybe clothing I have ever invested in. Thanks again for your help.
