Grace Armantrout Museum

Wow! This little museum has great displays and amazing information. We'll worth your time!!

If you like History it's a great place to check out! I even found out my Gr Grandmothers side saddle was in there when I visited!

It was a very nice experience! You could spend the entire afternoon here. Recommended.

Great visit. If you like history, especially western and Texas history, make sure you ask about the area history.

Hermoso lugar

A cramped smaller museum with a wide variety of collectables. Some very interesting exhibits like the uranium glass, period maps of the area, and the military house. Sally the tour guide was delightful.

They were not open during posted hours. Attempted to call in advance, but no one answered. Called when I was there and knocked, but no one opened the door. A light was on inside the building through the windows, but saw no one. I also thought I could see tools and a ladder in the museum window, as though stuff is being worked on. I'm not sure this place is currently open to the public.

We were there during the posted times. No one there. No signage to say hours had changed. No update on phone message. We were there with Grace's great granddaughter. Very disappointing
