Shirley is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Don’t let the outside throw you off. Around everything in town. Accepts pets good parking areas for bigger trucks. Just a really quite hotel.

We’ve been traveling for 8,000 miles on a tent camping and hotel stay vacation from Canada to California to Mexico. This hotel by far was the best one we have stayed in. We were able to call from the highway and Carsyn arranged for our room and gave us great directions to Best Western George West. When we got there she was so friendly and professional. With the 100 degree heat the room was ready for us and our dogs. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We did not expect to have a jacuzzi for the price we paid for the night. It was very refreshing. The wonderful pool was open until 10:00. The hot breakfast had everything you could want. Including a Texas shaped waffle. We will look for more Best Westerns to stay in for the future.

Stopped here for a rest from Passing through. Staff was friendly, rooms are clean for the most part. Some staining on carpets and curtains are expected. Bug free! Super decent considering the location.

This was such a pleasant surprise! The upstairs rooms have vaulted ceilings and fans! Very lodge feeling. Beds are very firm and pillows are super comfy. Pool is beautiful. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast since we slept late, but the area where they serve is very clean and nice. Staff is extremely sweet.

Everytime I traveled to George West for business. This is where we would stay. Wouldn't dream of any other place. The people there are very helpful and nice and I never had any problems staying there. The rooms were very clean . I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is a great place to stay...

I actually literally help build 8 rooms at this motel. 4 rooms on bottom and 4 rooms on top. Free breakfast every morning with several choices of food. From cereal to biscuits to make your own waffles and tacos.

A great place to stop at the end of a long day on the road. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived after 12am exhausted from a long trip. Pam was very nice and helpful and got us a nice, clean and spacious room right away. She also informed me about the complementary breakfast in the morning, which I have to say it's a big breakfast area with plenty of tables and space. They had warm eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffle maker, cereals, apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, coffee and even a pastry section with very good banana nut muffins. Great value overall, appreciate the friendliness. Definitely recommend. Thanks again Pammy Sue!!

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Our room was very clean and spacious. One of the best breakfasts we have seen on our trip so far (hot food) clean dining room. Highly recommend

Great location and parking for our truck, restaurants within walking distance, and when we got to our room my first check is always the air filters on the A/C unit...they were clean! Adding this to our list of favorites 👍

The room was nice and cold when we got there and very clean. Mattresses so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud ☁ 😴.

We have had a wonderful stay. The room has been clean and well maintained. The staff has been knowledgeable, friendly, and gracious. BOTH a hot breakfast (eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, etc) and dinner are included most days! We didn't have a reservation and walked in and were allowed to check in straight away. We even were able to extend our stay with no fuss. The free printing at the business center and free wifi are useful as well! Conveniently located in the center of town. Would highly recommend this establish, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely loved staying here. Kathy at the front desk and everyone else that worked at the hotel (and I do mean everyone!) we're so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Only problem we discovered on literally the last moment is our room phone wasn't working, when we tried to call down to the front desk for a late check out. We got the late check out no problem and apparently there are two phone jacks in most of the rooms and occasionally the phones get put on the wrong one...Doesn't get too much more minor when it comes to problems

Oh, did I mention a full hot breakfast AND dinner is included in the room rate? Friday nights they don't do dinner because the whole community gets together and sports the local school at their BBQ chicken fundraiser, which you will be invited to. Other nights, food varies but the drinks include ice cold water and beer along with the standard juice and coffee always available.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time.

This place is now one of my favorite places to stay. They serve happy hour for guest at the front desk. And before Covid-19, they would serve plate dinners in the evening with happy hour. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. They serve breakfast tacos to go in the morning, cause of Covid-19.

This is the best motel/hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is like family. The free breakfast was great and so was the free dinner. They really make sure you get your money's worth here. I will be back as often as I can.

I travel for a living. Shirley is so welcoming and probably the best customer service representative I've come across in over a year. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Great water pressure! I will definitely be back. I saved it in my favorite hotel tag. Thank you Shirley!

We got in about 11:30 pm and didn't have a reservation, but the very friendly clerk found us a room. The room was very nice and clean. They had a nice warm breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Staff... Beds Are Super Nice just Perfect. You can Smell the Cleanliness when opening the door. Towels and restrooms fresh clean. Relaxing place. Good Semi Truck Parking.. well lighted up.. Nice swimming pool.
