Always a great selection of back issues! The great dollar bins up front often have variant covers. I try to shop during the dollar back issue sales to find even greater deals. Fun shop!

Great place to stop if you're looking for anything they claim to have on website and Facebook. I don't know a ton about MTG, but was looking for certain commanders and the owner was very helpful and gave me tips and ideas along with looking at his own person deck that I was trying to build basically same thing. Highly recommend checking this place out!

They are a small store but have a lot of different merchandise. The staff was also very friendly.

I went here to look for some cards to improve my Magic: The Gathering deck, and was astounded by the selection they provided. In only about a minute, one of the employees found the cards I was looking for. Due to the astronomical selection, as well as the quick service, this is one of the best game stores I have ever been to. In addition to cards, they also had a wide selection of dice, as well as material for other games like Dungeons and Dragons, and of course, comics.

Staff is super nice and fun. Tons of things to buy and a great place to hang out with work friends. Chris the owner always tries to help with questions and advice on your hobbies. He even lets playing groups of cards to board games play at the shop. This place always makes me feel welcomed.

Greatest store I have ever frequented! The owner is an amazing guy and always helps people find what they want in the shop! Great place to play Magic and the only place in town to play Warhammer 40k, Marvel Crisis protocol and other games that need big tables and don't even get me started with how awesome the gaming tables are! Awesome staff and great people that frequent this store 10/10 would go again!

This place is amazing!!! Full, huge supply, clean, very friendly, well organized, a group of knowledgeable people make and female demonstrating how to play Pathfinders 🙃 I brought a client in that asked questions and the friendly group stopped what they were doing to help this client with all of his questions 😁 Client even found out a comic book he has at home is surprisingly worth a lot of money 😁 Door was open on a Sunday for an inviting feeling. GREAT EXPERIENCE 😁 Will be back😁

I've recently started to frequent this location and the staff is more than willing to assist with trades and make recommendations. They offer different game nights during the week ranging from Magic to Warhammer. They are beginner friendly to games as well so that's always a plus!

Went to look for miniatures for DnD, the employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I needed and had a very pleasant conversation with me the whole time. Superb service, excellent selection for anything tabletop or comic book related, and genuinely helpful staff.

The only real game store in EC as far as I can tell.
Updating my review after being back a few times:
The store staff are very friendly and helpful, which is all too rare with local game stores around the country. A lot of game and comic shops ignore you unless you ask for help. I'm always greeted when I come in usually asked if I'm looking for something particular. On my last visit they gave me a free beverage for purchasing over $50 worth, apparently a new perk.
It'd be nice if they had a greater selection of D&D minis, but I realize I'm there for one niche and they cater to a wide range of hobbies in a limited amount of space.
Definitely a good store that I hope can some day expand to a larger space to carry more product without cluttering up the shop.

Wow! I'm from out of town and wanted to check out a local shop just to see a new LCS and browse. The guy behind the counter was fun to talk to, knowledgeable and very friendly. I ended up finding a key issue that I'd been looking for for years at a reasonable price and bought it! I loved the size and set up of the shop as well as the variety of inventory. Comics (graded/raw/collected editions), games, original art, figures, tables for gaming etc. This is a legit shop!

Amazing and friendly service in person and over the phone. I visited their shop during September of 2019 and everyone there was hardworking and friendly. They had an amazing selection of Warhammer 40,000 models and a great Warhammer community when I was there last. I recently called them about shipping a few metal models to my place 3 hours away from them and Chris, and Tim did very well over the phone to make it happen. Thanks guys!

Clairemont Comics is a very cozy store. I've been going there weekly for D&D for a few months now and I really like it. The owner is nice and the other customers are nice in my experience too. The store also has a large variety of comics, tabletop card games, and D&D merchandise for sale too. I'd recommend you give the place a visit sometime if you're into nerdy things and get a chance. :)

Just moved to Wisconsin and had to leave my LGS behind. Was extremely pleased to find this shop and we will be using it for our 40k and MTG needs. No better store in the area. The owner Chris is super friendly and very helpful! A+
