One of the worst places to rent a house in Decatur. Trying to get a deposit back from them is like pulling teeth. It's been a month since I moved out of the property and I'm still getting the run around. Kept being told to leave messages and not hearing anything back or the person I need to talk to is never in office. I would never recommend anyone here. It's unprofessional business.

Agree with 2nd rating. Person is possibly a property investor collecting checks from people with a tax lean on properties without intension of selling. Beware! Also property not listed in mls. Company could not provide any info on home.

Never heard back from them and music is still playing recording disturbances now to take to court for nusiance violation I talked with other neighbors they are feed you with it also
