Featherstone Village Apartments

So I moved into my apartment at the end of September not knowing what to expect I met one of the ladies at the leasing office named Ayana, I must say she is amazing! since day one she had explained everything to make my move in process very easy and I couldn’t be happier! then there’s Holly, she’s 🤩 amazing! The maintenance man always get things done in a timely manner, and I have no complaints. the grounds of the property are always kept up to par, and I like the fact that the neighborhood is well lit. makes me feel safe that I can walk to the mail box after dark, especially during the winter months when it gets darker earlier. I like my neighbors and I have absolutely no complaints! again I could not be happier with a leasing staff that this property has. They always keep lines of communication open through email, and let you know what is going on in the neighborhood, around the leasing office, and the little things that they do for their community. Thank you ladies for everything that you have done for me and everything that you do!keep up the good work, I don’t see myself moving anytime soon😎

Holly is the most hardest working, approachable, property manager I've dealt with. Whenever I have a question, she answers honestly and helpful.
Aiyana, is pleasant to work with. She's been always helpful whenever I need or have a question.

I’ve lived here for several years. All of my issues have always been addressed timely and courteously. The new renovations are amazing! I have dealt with Holly, Ayana, and Jessica in the front office and have never had a bad experience with them.

I just moved into this location on Friday (from Miami, FL) and I absolutely LOVE it!! I am surprised regarding any negative reviews on here. The location is great. It's near highways, restaurants, hospitals, movie theaters, malls, grocery stores, etc. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. The staff is professional, kind and welcoming. My calls and walk ins are always addressed with no wait time (Thank you Hailey and Taylor! <3). Unlike prior reviews, I have seen no issues regarding parking as there is always availability along with the working front gates. I did have a maintenance issue which was resolved in a caring, timely manner. The maintenance staff is super kind and informational. I recommend this location to everyone.

We have everything good to stay about Featherstone Apartments! We lived there for almost two years. The apartments are well-priced and clean, the grounds are kept up very well by friendly maintenance men, and the staff members in the front office are amazing. They take a very professional but personal approach with their tenants, getting to know them and their families by names while addressing their needs promptly. Whenever we stopped by to get our mail or talk to someone, we always wanted to stay and chat because they are so friendly. The complex is safe and well-lit, the neighborhood is generally quiet, and there are some beautiful trails behind the complex, as well. Great experience.

Great apartment. Enjoyed my 2-year living here.

Pros: Reasonable price. Extremely friendly staff and quick-response maintenance. Office will help you receiving packages. They were so honest that I got most of my deposit back (I should have cleaned the carpet).

Cons: Some residents were not using the trash area properly. I didn't like the gate.

The Featherstone maintenance and office staff are very focused on resident requests. They just installed my new microwave and got it running perfectly this morning. All staff members are very professional and they make every effort to resolve resident needs and issues as quickly as possible. The complex is looking much better after paving the parking areas and road. The maintenance technician who worked on the microwave replacement, Shalin, is very knowledgeable and positive. We are so lucky to have him here!!

We love it here. Some of the parking spaces are painted a little close together, but there's plenty of parking. I never have to park too far, no matter what time I come home. Also, no matter what time I come home, I always feel safe. The pool and gym are small, but better to have something than nothing. The affordable rent makes up for the amenities being smaller. The front office staff is always polite and helpful and the maintenance crew is prompt. All my calls have been taken care of within 1 business day. There is a swing set and a dog 'park'. The community is mostly young families and young singles. Everyone is respectful and is a great place to live!

My AC went down and Aiyana the assistant property manager was a life saver bringing me a portable and hooking it up for me, what a great personality she has, you rock!!!

The apartments are huge and a comfortable feel. The office staff is extremely helpful. Manager, Billie Jo is very friendly and assistance she and her staff, Conna, provide really welcomes you to the community. If you don’t mind carpeting throughout, Featherstone Village would be a great place as your next home.

The property is great. The property manager and leasing agents are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance techs are very responsive. I went in to talk with the property manager about a request and she was extremely understanding of my situation. The end results were very pleasing and I felt the need to let others know of how great this property and staff are. The rent is very reasonable and the location is awesome. If you value a quality place to live in the heart of Research Triangle Park then this is the place for you.

I wanted to leave a review because of the customer service during apartment hunting. I had the pleasure of talking with Taylor on multiple occasions. Every time she was extremely helpful, very kind and just full of energy! What a great place to live, tucked away just off the highway. They also bake fresh cookies for future guests as well.

Firstly Taylor is amazing! She answered all my questions and exemplifies the epitome of exceptional customer service. As covid has put a damper on things, Taylor allowed me to do a self walk through of the apartment..which I absolutely appreciated. She was able to walk me through the whole application process. Their prices are unbeatable and the apartment I saw was amazing. You cant beat the price and space. The obly downside is that I wasnt able to meet her in person.

Parking is great, never have an issue for us or guest.
Staff is good. They are helpful and friendly.
Location is AMAZING.
I feel safe and every neighbor I have meet has been nice and caring.

I would definitely suggest this to any of my friends and I would make the choice to move in again in a heartbeat!

This is my first time renting a place on my own and the lovely ladys in the office are amazing. They are so welcoming and have such beautiful energy. The staff goes above and beyond and I'm glad to call featherston home.

The staff is always on point when I need them to be.

I love it here I had a minor problem tonight and Hailey was here within 2.5 second of me leaving a message for the after hour ! She fixed the problem in a matter of seconds ..The staff here is simply amazing . They really accommodate their tenants ❣❣

Iv only loved in the complex for about 6-7months and right away I felt like family to the the staff at featherstone. Not to mention my daughter says they are her aunts lol. Lovely place to be.

We love Preston! He is a awesome agent! He has cleaned up the place!
