They offer a huge variety of OTC products, unique items from local artists and small batch companies! Free deliveries and a drive thru! When you're there, you feel like family! I've never had a better experience with a pharmacy!

They are organized and the drive thru makes it so easy for gimpy folks haha! They are so easy.to reach by phone also. Very professional

Very happy with this pharmacy! No standing in line for long periods of time like at Walmart. I can't stand for very long and that is important for me! Customer service is great! Very nice staff and extremely helpful! I'm really glad I chose to go there and am planning on it being my only place to bring prescriptions to! Kindness guess a long way in my book! Great service, Great Staff, Great everything, exceptional services. This by far has been one of the best and friendliest pharmacies i have ever been to. They have a great selection of over the counter meds. And the souvenirs are abundant and very nice, they have a wheelchair ramp. This is a country mountain hometown pharmacy with outstanding staff running the place. Thanks so much guys keep up the great work.

I'm so happy there is a Pharmacy back in Bakersville. Jordon has done an awesome job to make this Pharmacy THE BEST!!! Anthony and staff are very nice and willing to help in anyway!

Update: if everyone tested customers like Anthony, their customer service would be 5 stars. Thank you to him for restoring my faith in my favorite pharmacy....Up until today I would have given 5 stars. I arrived at 4 minute after 2. They were closed. I had driven over an hour to get there. The pharmacist had absolutely no compassion and screamed "we're closed" thru the window at me. My sister had my car taking her child to the hospital, which is why I was late. They could take some lessons in customer service from the Tennessee store. Oh yeah, and they'll be closed on Monday for labor Day, so I'll be without meds for 3 days.

If u go to this pharmacy try to talk to Kristie if u can, she’s really helpful and deserves credit for the compassionate way she works with her costumers with, including myself. I wasn’t really a fan of this pharmacy but I had to use them today and the medicine wasn’t updated and I was really not looking forward to having to take a form of my meds that was gonna give me heartburn for the next couple weeks and the old man there wouldn’t budge on giving me the other form (which is the exact meds and milligrams just films instead of tablets) however the other lady there Kristie was super friendly and understanding. This is a Friday right at there closing and I know they were all wanting to get on with there weekend but she went beyond all that to help me get the clearance that changed the old guy’s position and I got my medicine and I am really grateful for her work even when she was really didn’t have to, thanks again. I’d give five stars but the meds were still way more expensive than prescription pad

I wouldn't even give this place ONE STAR! This place is awful because a couple of the workers that i spoke to were disrespectful, lied, and judgemental. Oh, and on top of that, this place is expensive if u don't have insurance. My dr had given the pharmacy the go-ahead, but they tried to make an issue out of nothing. Plus, I caught the pharmacist in a lie during the issue that he was causing! He lied about my script being ready for 2 weeks! I def don't recommend this place!
