They came out first thing in the morning and replaced my gas hot water heater. The did a great job at a fair price. I would use them again.

My husband's aunt had a great experience

Neese came out to replace an iron filter and
i had an old water softner not used in 10 years
Had no salt - they replaced the timer???
i said I didn’t need that said it didn’t cost too me a dime
??? Didn’t need it. I said what about the iron filter?
They said what does it look like??
They were sent out by american home shield.
Callled AHS they said they have to wait for
Neeses diagnosis! How do you diagnose
Something when you don’t even know what it looks like
? Told AHS never to send neese out here again .
