Wonderfully clean place and helpful staff. Was checked in by Sings (not sure if spelled right) after a terrible experience at another hotel. Had a trailer full of equipment and was able to park it in a well lit area with cameras. Hot water forever, good wifi, smelled great, and again, amazing staff. I really can't say enough about that place.

The desk clerks we friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Our car broke down in their parking lot and they were so kind. They welcomed us into their beautiful and clean lobby to wait for our tow truck. The manager helped us call for a rental and urged us to have some coffee and refreshments. It was so great to have such kind customer service when we were not technically even their customers. I definitely plan to stay here on our next trip.

The room was very well appointed (hair dryer, iron and board, fridge, microwave, safe, cold a/c), nicely maintained (no chipping paint, carpet was clean), and the bed was very comfortable, I loved the sheets and especially the pillows. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. I especially like that the rooms are not accessible from the outside, you must go into the hotel to get to the rooms. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect for getting back and forth to worksites. Much better than some of the similarly priced hotels in the area, I will definitely keep coming back here!

For the price, this hotel is incredible. Other hotels in the area with a similar price range that I have visited are usually nasty and run down, but this Sleep Inn is great. It’s clean, has friendly staff, and is in a great location right off I-40. I don’t know how they do it, but this is a great location.

We really loved everything about this hotel. Very clean and quiet. No complaints only concern for me was the water took forever to heat up for a shower but the hotel room itself made up for what was slow in processing

I Absolutely love this hotel. The staff is warm n friendly. The female manager( and I apologize for forgetting her name but she works mostly day shift) has the best customer service skills I have seen in a while. My expertise is in communication and customer service and I will tell you I am always impressed by the staff. There are many reasons I continue to stay at this hotel when I am in town but the staff as well as the house keeping staff are superb.. I travel quite a bit and hate having to stay in hotels especially now with the national pandemic devastating the world but i always feel clean and safe at the Sleep Inn..

The room was fantastic! Very clean. The staff, in particular the evening front desk clerk, were terrific.
Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The breakfast area was clean and orderly.
Overall, it was a wonderful place to ring in the New year!

Very nice place to stay home away from home.
Staff is very respectful and humble. Manager Mr. Mandeep Singh is a nice gentleman. If you have any issues he will attend you personally and treat you like his own family member and try solve all your issues in his capacity.

We are disabled veterans that just came back from California on vacation... We flew into Raleigh last night at 1:00 a.m. already had our reservation for our disabled room. The room was very close to the front desk and handicapped parking. The rooms were $69 and I would have easily paid 150$ a night in CA. Rooms furniture was really nice.

Great budget hotel. Stay here 2-3 times a year. Its clean, quite and affordable.
Even though its usually very busy, I have never had any issues with noise.

Jasmine the front desk lady was extremely happy and helpful. She brought a smile to my face and joy to my heart. We got to our hotel(Sleep Inn Raleigh Durham Airport) very early and they allowed us to check in early for a very small surcharge. The staff was extremely nice and even got us an Uber early in the morning to the airport(only about 6 minutes away) and paid for everything for us. We have an extremely clean room and comfy bed along with free delivery from a local food place. All around it was an excellent stay.

I stay here several times a month and it has always been nice. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. There is a walmart one mile away and of restaurants within several blocks. The manager,Doug is very professional.I would recommend this motel.
