Great location close to restaurants gyms and much more but privately in a closed off area.
Rooms are great and the price is even better.
Front desk staff is always great especiallythe owner she is awesome.

This recently renovated hotel is excellent value. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The showers are far better than most hotels. And the addition of a small kitchenette is extremely useful.
The only thing to bear in mind us there are no utensils for the kitchen.

Currently staying going on 2 weeks waiting to move . The rooms are very clean & nice . The front desk staff was catering to my needs & very professional. I feel very safe getting off of work at night being pregnant & with an child . There’s always someone watching the property . Love Housekeeping ! They are so generous & helpful . The showers are Amazing ! The beds are so comfortable, the air circulation is excellent. I love , love this hotel & don’t mind paying the price to stay here , you get what you pay for plus more . ❤

The receptionist was very kind and nice. The bathroom and the room was amazing !!! Everything is brand new. Housekeeping was amazing as well . We had left so many valuables(laptop,Apple watch, jewelry ,etc) around the room and everything was organized and not a thing went missing ! So it’s definitely trustworthy . We had left some squishmallows and they organized them with the bed and it was really cute. There is really bright lights at night and cameras in every corner so I felt safe at night as well .Would 100% recommend:)

Great room with big shower with many sprayers. Lighting/security everywhere very safe. I will come here again on my next trip to Houston area.

Pretty good stay, reasonable price, attentive front desk, has a kitchenette, very clean and modern rooms, cool modern shower.

Some notes:
- Light sleepers may not appreciate the inn being near a train crossing. Though the train moving is not loud, the train whistle blares occasionally around 1-3am.
- Kitchenette does not include utensils or pots and pans. Bring your own if this is important to you.
- Room dependent possibly but the max temperature on the shower is not very warm.

This motel blows away any downtown hotel. The front desk is friendly and professional. I have never stayed in aroom that was designed with such a personal modern touch. You can tell the owner picked out what she wanted to represent her and her rooms. No carpet. Tile. Cold mid size refrigerator and freezer. Firm solid bed. New tv. Stove and vent. Rainfall shower head. Four shower wall jets and wand. The curtains black out the room.
I will stay no where else in Houston for an Astros game. The Uber took 10 minutes to get us to a WS game for $15.
The owner I’m sure is very proud to own such a fine establishment.

This place is amazing. Exactly as the pictures describe and the front desk service is excellent. This is a hotel not and Inn in my opinion. Will return. Keep up the good work.

one of the best motels you can find anywhere around its never too packed just perfect area theres even a movie theater next to it the room is perfect as well and the shower is bug as well ;()
