Had a bad first impression at this location so I doubt I’ll ever return. Came to this store today, there was 2 employees. One was busy with customers and the other one was on a computer. We patiently waited for the girl that was in the computer to help us. Right off the bat she had this hostile attitude and rude tone for no reason. We asked her to cancel the transaction and left. Called the store manager Monica Rodriguez to put a formal complain but it sent me straight to voicemail. That kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated, be nicer to your customers. You guys pledge exceptional customer service, do better.

Solía ir a esta tienda pero hay una señora q tiene mal carácter y siempre no me dan todas mis cosas

Ya no más vuelvo aquí, primero: aguantar mal caracter de una empleada y atender de mala gana, segundo: en más de una ocasión me han faltado cosas y ya no me las han vuelto a dar, asi que por eso las he perdido, y tercera: me han entregado la comida en mal estado!!!

Ya no Vuelvo aqui '!! No lo recomiendo Mal caracter, te hablan y atienden de mala gana 🙅🏻‍♀
