Red Roof Inn Houston East - I-10

We had a BLAST GOING OUT TO EAT AND SHOPPING AND OUR ALONE TIME TOGETHER WAS BREATH TAKING. HE JUST DOES THAT TO ME. LOVE YOU ❤ 😘😘

I have stayed in this hotel for a year and. Half. I attribute that to the wonderful manager/Super woman . She always goes out of the way not only to make sure your needs are met, but that you have a smile on your face. Very well run and a great price.

The staff and Management was great. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The Manager was very nice and accommodating. There should be more managers like this one. My room was big and roomy. It had all the amenities and toiletries. And it was very , very clean . I Loved the fact that my 3 big dogs got to stay FREE. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS RED ROOF INN ... AGAIN AND AGAIN !!!

My sister in law loved the family atmosphere the front desk receptionist Olga provided. She was very friendly and had a great attitude not to mention a beautiful smile. The room was very clean and looked just like the website described.

The front desk staff is extremely kind and makes check in a breeze. I've stayed here multiple times throughout the months requesting the same room and it's always clean everytime I check in. There are quite a few options to eat, drink, and shop that are within walking distance to the hotel if you're not mobile. I havent had a chance to try the pool out bc everytime i check in it so happens to rain everytime, but it is well maintained and clean. I will continue to frequent this establishment. -Jessica Andrews

This hotel is a great value. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping is good. And Ms. Johnnie at the front desk is the best and very accommodating!

I absolutely love the front desk lady Ms. Johnie! She’s really the main reason I love coming back to this place. Overall, the location is very convenient for anyone who isn’t mobile. Pricing is amazing as well.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great. No bugs an a/c was cold. Check in was easy an so was check out.. If I’m ever in Houston again this is the hotel for me an my pets.

At first glace it might not seem all that great but the folks working here are really nice and they do their best to help the guest. The room is comfortable and the rewards membership is a big bonus but the front desk agents Ms. Angie & Tim deffinately deserve a raise, they do so much for the guests and most of the time don't even get a thank you. In fact I would only reccommend staying here as long as they are still working there. The rest of the staff is nice but you'll get you better service if it's one of them.

Accommodations for me and my doggo where beyond my expectations, did catch a hoodrat cutting into my catalytic converter, but scared em off easily so don’t park in the back. Not the establishment fault but it’s an issue there and at the Denny’s FYI.

This place is home away from home . With the Dennys right next door theres a home cooked meal feel every time your hungry . Not to mention there is a large veriaty of other resturaunts around the near by area . Staff here is also excellent Mrs Andrea is one of the sweetest and kindest host ive met in a while . Making me feel as if herjob was to specifically help me and my wife out . And with the hotel sercurity staff available at night youll always feel safe . No worries about any vehicle breakins or anything of the sort . you will always feel safe . And for these long hot summer days theres the pool always clean and safe for you and the kids . Available also. Are vendening machines that actually work and omg their laundry area is perfect . With brand new machines that are fast and always leave ur garments fresh as daisies .Im telling this place is very well kept and comfortable . And theres not a single thing i can complain about .

it was amazing stay at this hotel the facility were high class and the service of one of your member nand , he welcomed us were well and the service was top of the line thank you nand for the best service which u gave.

Front desk very knowledgeable answered all my questions and no Bull... Clean room with good rates and pet friendly ☺ also management has pride in property.see employees always working on cleaning, painting, guest's neededing help.all this within a 5 day stay

This is my home when in town on business first choice always. Jason the front desk clerk always greets me with a smile. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere asked for a room near the courtyard
