Carrington at Perimeter Park Apartments

While we decided to go with a different property, I did appreciate our Q&A with Zha. We toured 4 other properties in the area, and this is the only one that offered a self-guided service (if you chose) which I appreciated. You don’t feel rushed, and you don’t feel self-conscious about someone watching you.

The updated unit we saw was pretty nice. If this apartment was in the same location as the other one we chose, I probably would’ve chosen this complex.

I was first interested in this place because I had read some good things about the Bell Partners, which is the property mgmt firm. I’ve only been here a month, but I I’ve been a longtime renter at other places which weren’t so great. Anyways, I’m impressed with these apartments, and maintenance and mgmt have been quick to respond to concerns and fix-it requests. So yeah, I’m glad I came here

Zhasinese helped me with my tour today of the property and she was fantastic! It’s a beautiful property with great apartment features and a convenient location.

I relocated from New Jersey in September and my place to live was not Morrisville. My son had a job interview and we saw 3 apartments in different locations in Morrisville. But, Carrington felt like him. My son and I have adjusted so well to our new how. I have spoke so highly of Carrington Park my daughter is thinking of relocating here. Thank you for making me feel so good.

Joe and Lucas have been so patient and wonderful to me! From showing me all around the property to a seamless move in day. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and has a great layout. The amenities are great and they are continually making improvements to the property. Plenty of parking and extremely well lit at night.

So thrilled to be here and at this location — couldn’t recommend enough!

I’ve only been at Carrington for almost two months and can genuinely say that I love living there, it’s a quiet and peaceful environment, staff is all very friendly to us and the maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. Couldn’t have picked a better place for my boyfriend and I to call our first home.

The Apartment is nice i have been there a month now and had some stuff not work but maintenance fixed asap and office staff has been pleasant. Lucas and Sean have been great so nice and helpful. Have answered all questions and helped me with my maintenance request. They always speak when i see them. You can not ask for better office staff . Property is very quiet so far too!

I've lived at Carrington for 9 months and it has been an absolute delight. I'm constantly blown away by how friendly the leasing office staff is, how attentive and speedy the maintenance personnel are, and how wonderful the community is. The location is amazing and always feels safe, and my experience with various staff members has always been personable. Julianna in particular has been amazing since the first day, and I definitely appreciate how much time and kindness she's put into our interactions. The staff obviously puts a lot of time and thought into getting food trucks to the property and organizing fun resident events. I'm so glad to have moved here and I love that I've made this place my home!

Carrington at Perimeter park is a great place to live with affordable rent and close commute to multiple grocery stores, offices as well as highways. The staff at the office is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and sweet.
Shoutout to Whitney and Juliana for being always so helpful.
They arrange for multiple events throughout the year along with some food trucks right here in the community.
The maintenance staff is especially commendable to resolve any issues within a day or two. They are fast as well as knowledgeable.
The apartments themselves are spacious, well maintained and have all amenities.

Some of the apartments are older and will go through renovations.

We’re officially all moved in & we absolutely love it here so far! The location is amazing, our floor plan is beautiful, the approval process was seamless and the office staff (s/o to Sean!) made our decision to choose the Carrington even easier! Even their LEAST renovated unit is better than other properties best. I can definitely see us renewing our lease next year!

I recently toured this property and was happy with my experience. Joe was patient with ALL of my questions and was knowledgeable about the property. The community seemed peaceful and is very close to some of the great amenities Morrisville has to offer. The apartments are a great size compared to similarly priced properties.

It was a pleasure meeting with a leasing agent by the name of Zhasinese Hylon who greeted me with great service while showing me the property. The apartment that she showed me was very nice and fit my requirements as I immediately started my application process after my viewing. I can’t wait to move in and start my new beginning.

I've been living here for 4 and a half years. I have not regretted my decision to live here even once. The apartments are well maintained and quite roomy. Maintenance promptly resolves issues, and the office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I had a major issue with my apartment recently and they went above and beyond to get it resolved far faster than I even thought was possible. If you're looking for a good place to live, I'd suggest giving Carrington at Perimeter Park a chance.

I visited Carrington at Perimeter Park Apartments in mid-July. Julianna was very helpful in showing me the available options. I was impressed with the apartment itself and the amenities were a plus. After having shortlisted Carrington to be our future home, I toured the selected layout apartment again with Julianna. She was again helpful in responding to all my queries. We finalized the apartment and got a lease starting third week of July.

The staff, special shout out to Julianna, was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed via calls and emails on the progress of my application.

Once the lease was approved the staff gave a warm welcome on our move-in day. The experience was memorable.

Writing this review after almost a month of our experience of staying here. The maintenance team is quick to respond to reported issues.

Just stopped by for a tour with Zhasinese. Can’t say enough good things about her! We loved her energy, willingness to help and honesty. The apartment complex seems incredible with lots of amenities! Can’t wait to start the application process and get moved in.

I toured Carrington at Perimeter Park today and was blown away by Zhasinese’s professionalism and courtesy. She was knowledgeable and let me know if she wasn’t sure about something and then got me the answer. Her personality is warm and inviting and she’s easy to talk to.

I just moved into my apartment a week ago and its all thanks to Sean and the team around the apartments, I really am glad for them as they made quite literally everything seamless and quick. The apartment is very nice, modern, clean, good community, and exceptionally big. It is definitely a better experience compared to many apartments in the area which I have lived in.
