Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Research Triangle Park

Had a really great stay here. At checkin, Hannah was amazing and incredibly accommodating. She takes the Marriott standard of service very seriously.
Another thing to note is the breakfast. This place has more variety than typical Fairfield inns. Thank you for that!! We loved having the potatoes and chocolate milk as a nice surprise!

It’s a nice and decent hotel to stay near the airport. The free breakfast is good with scramble eggs, waffle, bakery stuff, oatmeal, cereal, bacon, yogurt, fried potatoes and coffee. The bed is super comfortable and most important of all is the great service of their staff. We booked it at midnight and they still sent their complementary shuttle to pick us up. We also went to the airport with their complementary shuttle next morning easily and efficiently. I would recommend to stay here if you’re looking for a place to stay near the RDU.

Great location just off RDU airport. Free shuttle runs every half hour which makes it super convenient. All the staff is very friendly s b d helpful. We stay there often and have never been disappointed.

As a Fairfield everything is as or beyond my expectations. I think rooms are renovated, looks fairly new, Hana at reception was really helpful, she really went out of her way to help, great experience so far!

Great modern updated hotel. Quick drive from the airport. Very friendly staff and helpful.
Nice open gym for a workout. They have a great complimentary breakfast and cater for events when they have meetings taking place.
There is a quick little store inside for last minute needs.
Check it out if you need a comfy place to stay.

I stay here often for work, and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are clean. The cookies in the afternoon are delicious 😋

As always, the staff is FANTASTIC!! There has never been a moment where I did not feel welcome. The breakfast is superb and the rooms are very well kept. The location is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service is remarkably on time and reliable. I frequent the Durham area often and I will forever continue to book at this hotel.

Only stayed here 5 hours before heading to very early flight ti Hawaii. Nice and clean and the staff quickly brought us a roll out bed when we requested it. Pretty inexpensive place to stay with good service and friendly staff. Elizabeth at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Nicole, front desk clerk is awesome! Very friendly, professional and caring. We needed items from housekeeping and Nicole brought them upstairs herself. She rocks! Nice AND attractive lady. Hats off to her. The hotel room was great. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good. The shuffle service drive and parking option are great. The drivers were prompted and generous. I recommend this place and look forward to returning. Crazy as this sounds..I enjoyed hearing the planes flying by. Lol👍🏾❤😁🎄

Me and my gf were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and great complementary breakfast. Only 17min drive from downtown. They even let us check in earlier. I wish the gym had more equipment but for the price per night this was very positive surprise. Definitely recommend this place for a short trip and if you need to stay close to the airport.

I stayed at this location for a week on a company trip. Everything was clean and well maintained. My check in was quick and easy. Every day after work while coming in I was welcomed with a friendly greeting by the front desk agent Ladaja Jackson. I met and became friendly with Nicole James the AGM. They both are very good at what they do. If I owned my own company I would hire them both. This location is Highly Recommended.

Update 7/18/2022: I still agree with everything I said below. There a new employees of course (who are helpful and friendly) and I'm not sure they are still having networking events or social events (not parties) once a week or every other week like they did a few years ago but if they do that is one of the great features of this Fairfield.

I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service here is definitely 5 star quality. Tommie went above and beyond to assist and help every guest, she provided the service beyond what I expect from Marriott. If anyone from corporate reads this please know Tommie and the rest of the team here represent the Marriott Brand well (even the engineer was helpful). My room was clean and smelled fresh like it cleaned right before I walked in. Lots of lighting in the room and it was dark when i needed it to be. I loved the walk in shower. If you are staying near RDU or RTP I highly recommend this hotel. Please note: I didn't have to use the shuttle, but I saw that it came on time....

Clean, easy in/out. Had a great night's sleep here. The front desk folks were very nice. Breakfast was good and coffee was better than normal. Fridge and microwave in room. It was a short stay but we will return.

Ask about airport parking. This is one of the best deals around.

Staff has to be one of the best highlights of this place. Different members of the front office were accommodating, respectful and fun to interact with.

Hotel rooms were really nice and clean, and they have a complimentart breakfast for guests to enjoy.
Overall a great place to stay, also it's super close to the airport and if you call, you can get a shuttle to and from the airport for convenient travelling.

I had an outstanding experience during a recent stay. I had some confusion because an image led me to believe there was a swimming pool onsite, which was not the case because of a recent remodel. The front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make the stay pleasant and enjoyable. Excellent service, will return for sure.

It was great honestly. Short walk to restaurants, plenty of places that deliver and the hotel will assist you and even shuttle you. Plenty of room, great shower, comfy beds, refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, breakfast which includes eggs bacon cereal Chobani, hot chocolate, coffee, juice, bagels etc. Only one complaint, walls are thin so if your neighbor has kids or someone who has been drinking and is crying you will know all about it, but they will move you without hesitation. Will stay again!
