Corporate and the upper levels do not return calls. They take application fees as well as administrative fees, but you never give the administrative fees back if you are not approved for a unit. Though, it was stated that the administrative fee would be distributed back. I've called numerous times with no assistance on the matter.

Administrative fees are used once you are approved to handle all paper work. Application fees are to check the credit to find out if you are approved.
Where is the $300 administrative fee?

Very disappointed in the lack of communication with providing increased on your rent/ utilities. Always changing management strategies and policies.
